Staff was extremely rude, drove out there tried to find the store as I haven’t been out there before and I could not so I called the store prior to heading out there she said the doors lock @ 7 and as long as I got there before 7 I could exchange what I needed. So I get to Crocker park & my sister calls so we can find exactly where they are without having to look & the lady says between two stores and hangs up... so we’re looking for the two stores she says at this point wasting time & try to call back but by this time it’s 7... so I wasted 5 minutes looking for two stores I’ve never heard of. Then I call and try to explain the situation to a manager only for her to be rude and tell me she was standing right there & she heard the lady tell me the two stores they were by & I told her I understand but we didn’t know what those stores where and my sister was about to ask her another question when she hung up, and she said well what would you like me to do. So I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and she said no she’s the manager & I could speak with someone higher than her possibly the next day. I see a lot of bad reviews on here. I just wanted to say my daughter works at urban air near the pandora Store and she bought me a gold charm bracelet . unfortunately it’s wayyyyy too big . my daughter misplaced the receipt. I am going to the Pandora store tomorrow. Fingers crossed and I hope I don’t have a bad experience. I will follow up with my experience, hopefully it is pleasant.. thank u in advance.

Today is my update I went in today. I don’t recommend to lose your receipt. I recommend for you to print your receipt and email as well as phone number.. However, both ladies that assist me today were very knowledgeable and very helpful and patient thank you for doing the exchange. I really really appreciate it.

I came into Pandora today with my daughter. The store major was very rude and disrespectful. My daughter received a bracelet from her grandmother who is a flight attendant. She made the purchase in Philly. They were having issue finding the receipt. The store manager replied saying “people buy things off Amazon”. Who are people? Im a customer who’s family has spent thousands of dollars in Pandora. To be treated with such care is unacceptable. I wasn’t in Amazon I expect the store manger and associates to be the voice of “Pandora”. I didn’t appreciate the experience at all. I’ve shopped for years “Tracy” was by far the BEST representation for Pandora over the years shopping with her. I don’t think I’ll ever return to that...
