I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Soma store in Crocker Park. One of the associates I interacted with was shockingly rude and unprofessional—not just toward me, but also toward her coworker. Her behavior was completely out of line and did not reflect the core values that Soma claims to stand for.
Soma says: “We are embodying the journey of women supporting women. We are here to listen to you, to help tell your story and design product that supports your needs.” Unfortunately, that was the exact opposite of what I experienced. Instead of feeling supported and heard, I left the store feeling disrespected and dismissed.
This associate made it clear that she does not follow the Soma company values. Her attitude was not only nasty but also belittling, and I was shocked to see how she treated another team member right in front of customers. It was uncomfortable and frankly unacceptable.
While I likely won’t shop at this particular location again, I won’t let one very bad apple steer me away from Soma’s products. I’ve always appreciated the quality and comfort the brand offers, and I hope the company takes steps to ensure all stores reflect the mission and culture they promote.

Read moreThis was the absolute WORST service I think I've experienced..I went with my 2 friends who are black..the sales lady kept completely ignoring them..there were no other customers..I had to keep asking her for help..she was insanely rude..and had a see through white, tight tee shirt on with 3 large belly rolls. My friend still bought her daughter 2 bras..I really don't know why..but hopefully she calls corporate..All I can say is I was mortified and couldn't get out of there...
