Delivered here for the first time. 4 stars because lumper fees in general are a joke.

Entrance is off Central City pkwy, east driveway. "Staging" is on either side of the drive in front of the black gate. Check in is north end of the docks, button does not work, door was unlocked anyways, call pad on the yellow gate. As long as your CDL is legit, you shouldn't have any trouble with these docks.

Arrived at 0515 for an 0600, Gate was open but only their drivers were on site. Fell asleep waiting, had paperwork in my window in case it happened. Woke at 0815 and no missed calls. Walked in and they took my bills with no protest. I got the next door available at 0900 and was empty by 0930. Lumper fee was $250.

Staff was polite, based on reviews and given my unscheduled nap and late check in attempt, I figured I was gonna be in for a really bad time. Thankfully I was wrong. They have cameras and I have three devices with time stamp gps. But honesty and being nice to them prevented me from having to go to all that extra effort. Made my Monday a whole lot better. Always reading negative reviews and always thinking it probably was one unhappy delivery driver who wrote it. But it is true -- this place is one of that worst Wholesale and Distribution places in the area if you go through Westland, Dearborn, Canton, Oak Park, Southfield in Michigan. I arrived 2 hours before my appt time and got into a dock 2 hours after appt time. Plus another hour to unload. 20 pullets of bottled water and you need to pay $200 lumper fee. It is ridiculous. This people do not value anybody else time. It is just waist of your time to deliver...
