Terrible customer service. 0/10 will NEVER come here again. Spent a good chunk of time picking out a jack and just wanted to ask if they had any stands in the back. We had to wait in a 10-20 minute line because you have one guy over there who doesn't know how to do his job and tending to a customer that walks away from the register for several minutes at a time. Then you have the one lady who finds taking phone calls and doing other stuff way more important than ringing up customers that have been in the line for quite some time. We ended up just checking out and leaving with just the jack. We decided that we will just get the stand from somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE if you want reliable and fast customer service. Worst experience I've ever had with customer service anywhere....

This place has cheaper tools but honestly I always look here first before going to big brand stores. I have bought clamps, hand tools, and power tools. The plastic wood clamps did break rather easily but I would still buy these over the high cost ones. Hand tools are fantastic here. The wrenches and socket wrenches still work fine after frequent use. I purchased a variety of power tools. I have owned a Pittsburgh brand battery power drill. That was not a great item. Battery was cheap and barely held a charge. They do have other higher quality brand name tools however. I have also purchased a sander, multi-tool and reciprocating saw. Thank God I wasn't there when it blew! I bought a carport from this store a couple of weeks ago. Just came home today to find it completely ripped to shreds by the first mild rainstorm we've had since I bought it.

Harbor Freight claims to have a 90 day return policy, but apparently that's only if you have a receipt, even though I paid for this with a card!

Though they've completely scammed me out of my money, I'm thankful that no one was hurt and that my car was not parked in the port when this happened.

Say what you want about the Home Depot, but I've never had an issue like this with returning a defective item well within a reasonable amount of time ever, and will never shop at this...
