Worst service ever, directly from the owner and the staff. Placed a 40$ carry out order, ordered a chicken and cheese sandwich, says in description that it includes bacon. Went to pick up my order and got home to realize their was no bacon on my 10$ sanwich, called up their and explained it to them, and they said that their was a misprint in the description on menu, and said I should've asked if it came with it, and made me feel like a complete idiot. So I went back up there to replace my meal and took off the bun with no gloves on and added bacon, but didnt replace the cold fries or the thin sliced chicken that went cold from having to run back up there. So once again I get back home just to realize that my food is absolutely cold and not edible anymore. So I call once again and very politely asked if they could give me new fries and a sandwich, and I would bring them the untouched cold food right back. And once again the owner mocked me, and the staff made me feel like the error on their menu was my fault and I shouldve known it was an error. Me and wife used to come here every other day, but we will never be returning. I've supported this restaurant for at least 15 years. And its extremely upsetting to get treated like this.
The owner is established and couldve easily replaced my food and after talking to him I decided I no longer wanted a refund or replace and just told him to please never do this to someone else. Noone should have to deal with customer service so bad, they actually degrade you instead and said on the phone the reason my food was cold was because I waited to long to pick up the order after I placed it, which is a bold faced lie to get out of having to give decent customer service. He made me feel like I was the one wrong, And that wasnt even the issue, the food was cold because I had to up there and back home twice to simply get what I paid for.
They state prices are directly effected by quality of food, right? Well I definitely dont believe 10$ was worth a cold meal and fries and terrible service when all I wanted was to eat and for the price I just thought what was on the menu would come on the food, I didnt know it was a typo and shouldn't have been mocked.
Also my wife is a waitress by profession, so we understand small issues, hiccups and such, and are very patient, but this was just down right wrong to do to anyone, let alone your paid customers. And then make the consumer feel wrong because you guys didn't correct a typo on your menu? Im really upset after 15 years of going here, they had no care in the world to lose a regular and basically sent me off. Today my mom and I sat down and we're greeted by a young girl who took our drink orders. She told another woman our order and that we wanted the sticky dusty table wiped off. She came over and obliged us, she asked us if we were ready to order and after just having sat down we were not. We came to a decision after a few minutes, and then waited another 10-15 minutes for the woman to come back. Eventually she came back around and asked us if we had been helped, obviously not (mind you there were five, FIVE other tables and three waitresses walking around talking to each other). Mom ordered a chicken schwarma with fries and I ordered a chicken fingers pita with chili fries and a broasted chicken dinner to go (it takes a while so we put it in making sure she knew it was to-go). Nothing special about it, seriously not a hard order. She brings our food out no chili ok fine not the end of the world. But my mom's schwarma, it was SO spicy I promise I'm not exaggerating here. I honestly couldn't even chew it, it was so spicy. So we asked the waitress for what I had gotten a chicken fingers pita.
They took the chicken out of the schwarma and put it on the pita. First of all, it's not what we ordered and second she brought the bill around after she came in from running around outside with her coworkers. Correctly charged us for the chicken dinner, my meal (chicken finger pita and fries). She got charged for fries that were taken away from her. She waitress was appalled that our orders were incorrect and our bill was wrong.

Read moreWe used to go here weekly for Sunday breakfast but stopped because the food was getting over priced and the service was just not so good. We had issues in the past with rude servers who rushed us if we went in the evening so we just stopped going. We decided to pop in yesterday and it has gotten worse. The servers all were standing at the counter with an attitude chewing gum when you walk in - about 6 of them. They all stared at us and made it uncomfortable, almost as if they do not want you there. They all continued to play on their phones and gossip. I noticed a girl who kept playing with her hair near the carry out register/food window. She kept taking her hair down and putting it back up without washing her hands. We were given a dirty plate and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to notice that we needed something. Our server dropped off our bill 5 minutes after we got our food which was so rude. Our potatoes were practically raw. You can tell the owners care about their restaurant whenever we go there because they have a positive attitude and are always doing something. It just seems their staff is bringing them down.
