Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Westland

This location is absolutely horrible. The service is very sub par and the the employees here are rude and need a course in customer relations. I have been coming to this location for 2 years now due to convenient location and have had maybe three positive experiences. The pizzas are almost never cut properly, either all the way through or has a few huge pieces and a bunch of tiny pieces. Today I ordered two hot and ready extra most bestest and couldn't see the crust through the sliding cheese and super extra sauce. The crazy bread was freezing cold, the pizzas again where not cut properly and I BIT INTO A HAIR IN THE DAMN PIZZA. I know it was human hair because it wreaked of hair spray. I called the store to explain I was unhappy and was told they can replace the food. I told them I didn't not want a replacement but I will bring the pizza and crazy bread back in for a refund. I was told that, "per the store owner no refunds are to be given but the food can be replaced." I said i would not like a replacment because i did not want to chance another hair or something else in the food and was chuckled at and the other side of the line went silent. 11.21.18 I've been to this store a few times but I'm usually on the other side of town. Just happened to need to go to the Post Office so I dropped in at 4:38pm for a new thin crust Hot N Ready and crazy bread. The store was empty and they said it would be 5-7 minutes. Maybe its a popular item as its new. I paid and waited, and waited, and waited. Several customers entered, ordered, & got their food. More items than I had ordered. A Rationale or TurboChef conveyor oven cooks a thin crust pie in 5 minutes from raw. After 15 minutes I finally get my order and although the crazy bread was warm the pizza was not. Still, it was cooked and was the correct taste but I will never be back. Hell, I could have driven to 5 other stores and gotten my pizza faster. Not to mention I have the app on my phone and there is an offer for a free 2 Liter but this location is still in the dark ages. Whatever, I don't care and as I drive by it I will never even see the store again. The emotionless "Sorry for the wait" phrase from the counter clerk in front of the manager who was behind the counter the entire time was icing...

I went through the drive thru at this location on my lunch. I sat at the mic for about 10 minutes listening to the person whom I think may be the manager or owner. He took people phone orders, talked to the repair people, passed out food, he even said one of the customers didn't know what the hell he was doing. I called into the store after so long. About 4 cars drove away. The guy gets on the speaker and says I'm sorry I didn't know my mic was open. I told him all the things I heard, he apologized. I told him I didn't think it was fair, he told me "I've apologized to you twice, what do you want me to do?". At that point, I told him to keep his pizza. Every time I go to this location there is a problem, I see now it isn't the employee's, it is the managers. Wish I could give this location a zero because 1 star is too much. I will never go back to...
