IT NOT ABOUT THE COUPON OR THE PIZZA AT THIS POINT ITS ABOUT HOW RUDE THE MANAGER WAS! YES HE OFFERED TO TAKE $1 FROM THE TIP JAR, IT WAS MORE THAN $1 DUE BACK AND WHY FROM THE TIP JAR FROM THE WORKERS AND NOT THE CASH DRAWER. MY TOTAL WAS $ $22.45 W/ TAX. I HAD 2 ITEMS A PIZZA & WINGS. 25% OF THAT IS $5.61. THE TOOK OFF $2.25 THATS 25% OFF OF 1 ITEM ONLY NOT THE TOTAL LIKE THE COUPON SAID. FOR HIM TO BE A MANAGER HE SHOULD KNOW SIMPLE MATH. HE GAVE MY ORDER AWAY TO A CUSTOMER THAT WAS DOIN A DOOR DASH WHICH WAS FINE I DEFINITELY DIDN'T WANT IT BUT ALL THE OTHER STUFF HE SAID WAS OUT OF LINE AND RUDE SAYIN SLICE OF THE 80'S IS THE BEST AND JUST GOIN ON AND ON. HE DIDN'T ISSUE MY REFUND B4 HELPIN THE OTHER CUSTOMER. AND TO SAY IM MAD ABOUT $1 NO I WAS UPSET ABOUT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT ONCE WAS I RUDE OR ANYTHG. I HAD TO WAIT 5 MINUTES FOR ONE OF THE MANAGERS TO ARRIVE TO APPLY THE COUPON THE WORKERS EVEN SAID THEY DON'T TRUST US TO PUSH A BUTTON AND APPLY A DISCOUNT. THIS DOES NEED A REPLY I JUST WANTED U TO KNOW THE WHOLE STORY. THE BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD STILL NEEDS TO HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We have loved Slice of he 80s pizza since the first time we have tried it 8 years ago. The pizza hits the spot when you are craving a good old fashioned, large slice greasy pizza! The flavored crusts are amazing too, and they do very good at honoring a multi flavor crust request! We have had up to 4 flavors at one point due to picky eaters, they didn't ask any questions, and nailed it on the pizza!! The store is awesome, there is all sorts of old movie posters and an arcade game. Everyone we have met that works there is very nice, and in our experience, the delivery times are always faster than they say or the app tells you. We have never had an unpleasant experience here! They even re-made our pizza for us, when we got stuck in a traffic jam on the highway on the way home. My favorite pizza for more than 15 years was Hungry Howies, and tho very occasionally I will still order a pizza from them, Slice of the 80s has become my favorite. Their pizzas are amazing, the breads are amazing, and sometimes we will order a ton of wings only, because, they are amazing! We will get the bone in wings. We have not yet tried the boneless. I visited the Livonia location last night. It was my first time ordering from Slice of the 80's. The guys were very busy (and from what I could hear, they were also short-staffed), but they were all busting a$$ in the back making food and hustling up front handling orders. That effort was appreciated, as well as their overall sense of urgency. Their customer service was top notch, even though they were missing a crew member and very backed up on orders. While I understand that they were working under frustrating circumstances-they never outwardly showed it. There even ended up being an issue with my order after it was made-which Richie handled perfectly. I believe he was last night's on-duty manager. Both the bone-in and boneless chicken wings were great. The Kickin' Chicken pizza was really good. Unexpectedly, the Pickle Pizza was incredible and I will definitely be back for that one, in particular. Long story, less long: The service was great, despite the circumstances, and Richie was great leader and seemed to have a great team behind him.
