Downtown Westminster — Local services in Westminster

An epic failure. All you can see is multiple city blocks of high density housing. No billboards or signs of any kind around this development advertising shopping, dining, or entertainment. City of Westminster website back in 2017 promised this "22 city block downtown" would be a destination for entertainment, dining, and shopping by 2019. As of the end of 2021, JC Penny's is the only store to shop at, and the Alamo theater is the only source of entertainment. The sole focus of this downtown is additional development housing. The prior Westminster mall was a huge source of revenue for the city and a great place to shop. The city of Aurora sets the standard for how to invest in modern, state of the art areas of shopping, entertainment, dining, ...

The ugliest downtown in the US one can imagine!! The City of Westminster couldn’t do a poorer job than giving permits to the builders to build such a disaster! The gray sad architecture of the tall buildings in the Soviet Union’s towns could definitely be considered a beauty compared to this formless building blocks. Total...

I like the areas that are landscaped, especially the fountain that kids can play in. It's all nicely maintained and clean. Plus the big modern pavilion with clean bathroom. Very dog friendly, large grassy areas. I wish there were more verity the the building architecturally to make it feel more eclectic, too many...
