Geek Squad — Local services in Westminster

Absolutely horrible... I brought my phone in for a battery replacement and now the front camera doesnt work and I am unable to hear from my phone unless its on speaker. I basically paid them $60 to ruin my iphone. On top of that, they made me drive home to get my drivers licence to prove to them I was the person who turned in the phone 2 hours ago when i never provided my drivers licence in the first place. ON TOP OF THAT MY PHONES BATTERY DOESNT EVEN LAST LONGER. GEEK SQUAD IS WORTHLESS...

We were extremely lucky to have Indigo. After spending most the morning, with the online geek squad with no outcome, we decided to go into the store. Indigo was amazing he figured out the problem right away. He was able to move our files to different disks in order to free up space for what we needed.
