I love Kohl’s. It’s my go-to place for everything from clothes to home decor to kitchen gadgets. I can always find something I need or want at a reasonable price. Plus, they have great coupons and rewards programs that make me feel like I’m saving money while spending it.
The store is located in the Broomfield Town Center, which is a nice area with plenty of other shops and restaurants. The store is spacious and well-organized, with clear signs and displays. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or offer suggestions. They also have a convenient curbside pickup and free delivery service for online orders, which is perfect for lazy shoppers like me.
The best part about Kohl’s is their selection of products. They have everything from clothes to shoes to accessories for men, women, and children. They also have a variety of brands, including Nike, Levi’s, and Lands’ End. The quality is good and the styles are trendy. I especially like their SONOMA Goods for Life line, which has casual and comfortable items that suit my lifestyle.
They also have a lot of home products, such as bedding, luggage, small appliances, and more. I love browsing their home section and finding new things to spruce up my house. They have some cute and quirky items that add personality and charm to any room. I recently bought a magic waist tummy control bootcut dress pants that make me look slimmer and taller than I really am.
The only reason I’m giving this store four stars instead of five is that sometimes they run out of stock or sizes of the items I want. This can be frustrating when I find something I really like but can’t buy it because they don’t have it in my size or color. Also, sometimes the lines at the checkout can be long and slow, especially during peak hours or holidays. However, these are minor issues that don’t affect my overall satisfaction with the store.
I would recommend Kohl’s in Broomfield to anyone who is looking for a fun and easy shopping experience. The store has something for everyone, whether you are looking for clothes, home goods, or gifts. The store is clean, bright, and inviting. The staff is courteous, professional, and efficient. The prices are fair, the quality is high, and the rewards...
Read moreWent to this location tonight with my fiancé to look at the maidenform adhesive bras to use under my wedding dress. We walked around the section, passing by an older woman who worked there and saw us, but didn’t acknowledge or ask if we needed help. I finally found the bras, they were all over the place on an end cap, half not even in their boxes. After digging through a very unorganized pile of bras on this endcap, my fiancé told me to watch out for the employee behind us. So when I moved over she goes “oh no I’m just waiting on you, she takes the stuff out of the box so I have to put it back in. I work retail and have never thought of talking so rudely to a customer. Ever, I treat my customers better than that and they complain on things still so when someone makes a comment to me when the store itself was a mess, causing me to hVe to find a properly sealed product, I’m going to let others know. I stepped back and said actually I’m trying to match the bra with it’s box, and she goes well I saw this one in your hand and you put it down, accusing me of just putting stuff down- meanwhile my fiancé (who is a guy so doesn’t even know a thing about these adhesive bras) is trying to organize stuff while I was searching. Instead of apologizing to either of us, the lady says “oh” and walks to the next aisle to do what might appear as organizing the bras hanging at eye level. If you are going to accuse a customer of doing something after you weren’t welcoming and asking if we need help to begin with, you better be apologetic. Not worth coming here for a rude older female employee who clearly talks down to younger customers, and to be in a store as messy and disheveled as it was. Like I said I work retail, that’s not how you...
Read moreI have LOVED this store until the last two order experiences. The first order they cancelled saying they didn't have it, but when I walked into the store there were over 20 of the items I ordered sitting by the register. .
Today was by far the worst experience EVER. I went into pick up and a gal named SHELLEY came to help me. I explained my first experience and she replied, you can't expect perfection when we get over 3000 orders a day. I commented that you could just say I'm sorry about your experience. She said, what did you say. I said nevermind, talking to myself. She then said, I don't need to say sorry for that and I won't. I asked her for my bin number and told her I didn't desire her help anymore. She replied, good, don't want to help someone like you. I asked for her name ..she approaches very aggressively to show me her badge. I went to customer service asking for a manager...they said Shelley can help me. I told them I don't desire help from her again. They tell .e she's not usually like that. I said she's hateful. Shelley interjects into the conversation that she's getting the manager.
I briefly described to the manager what happened while shaking and crying. I'm so upset someone can make you feel so uncomfortable. I won't come back to this store EVER if she's retaining employment. There was NOTHING that warranted that treatment. As a representative of a store, you should apologize to a customer on behalf of the store ...there was no reason for the hostility, aggression and absolute hatefulness. If your having a bad day, go take a breathe, but don't treat...
