Westminster Farmers Market — Local services in Westminster

From Michigan looking for a farmers market and came across this one while traveling through the Denver area. First food truck when you walk In caught our eye and had to give it a try. They serve Thai food, the name is Mountain Thai Kitchen. Had to try the papaya salad and minced chicken salad. Both were fantastic. We ordered medium spicy on the papaya salad and it was just the right amount. The minced chicken salad was especially tasty with fresh shallots, lime juice, toasted rice and chicken. It also came with sticky rice which is a nice compliment to the chicken salad. We then ordered a few more dishes to take back to our room; pork satay, pumpkin curry with chicken (now my favorite), Thai puffs (not on the menu, you have to ask for it), and mango with sticky rice and coconut milk for desert. The cashier was a nice guy, and we found his wife was the cook and from Thailand. Highly recommend when you can catch them. I think this is a weekend gig for them. Our 1st visit today exceeded expectations. We got some pastries, popcorn, homemade green chili salsa, and homemade fresh tea. There were still more to see like natural healing products, jewelry, fresh baked bread, all of the fresh veggies, honey, bbq sauces, roasted green chilis, and even coffee, juices and breakfast burritos to have while you walk around. Plenty of parking but I love all of the friendly, knowledgeable local vendors. We will so be back again. Way to go City of...

This is a great little Farmer's Market located in the heart of Westminster. It's got a diverse selection of tents ranging from ready-to-eat foods & coffee, to fresh vegetables & frozen meats, with your standard crafts, organic clothing, CBD and dog treat places.

There's a bakery there with phenomenal GF bread we get almost every single week, a salsa & fresh tortilla place (with samples) and a vegetable vendor with a $15 bag of as much as you can...
