The staff here is incredibly rude. I have been coming here for a while-usually mobile orders-as this is the closest most convenient location for me on my way to work (about 2 minutes).
I ordered a mobile order of 1 drink at 7:45am this morning. The make ready time was 10-12 minutes. I arrived at the store at 8:01am. I went into the store and the woman behind the counter with the purple hair asked what my order was. I told her my name and that it was a mobile order twice. This employee did not even bother to check the mobile order area back by the to go counter-I could see my drink sitting there. She did not even bother looking-instead I stood there for another 13 minutes waiting until the gentleman behind the counter asked my name.I again told him and he went back to the to go area and grabbed the drink I knew was mine sitting there for the past 13 minutes I had been waiting.
He then told me he had to remake it because it was not good-which took him all of 30 seconds. After this experience, I will go out of my way to go to Dutch Bros coffee (or any other coffee place for that matter). I left the store at 8:15am. I knew exactly what time is was because I mobile ordered with enough time to make sure my drink would be ready upon arrival and I would be able to get my meeting this morning at 8:15am-which obviously I was late for because the employee with the purple hair could not go grab my drink that was...
Read moreKind of snarky service today. Ordered a large iced tea that was so watered down I asked if I could have a bit poured out and more tea added. Woman behind the counter looked very put out. She poured just a smidge out, adding more tea and promptly said “you should just ask for less water next time.” ??? I replied “I don’t usually have to ask for that because it’s made correctly in the first place at many other locations.”
Here’s a thought, just have some consistency in your product and stop short cutting the process because you’re rushing to get orders out. Also, stop arguing with customers who are just trying to get what they order, at the quality they expect and get with other stores.
Additionally I tried to order through drive thru, came to the window because I didn’t hear the speaker and was told I needed to drive back through again. She couldn’t take my order at the window. Seriously? You’re the same person. If I added to my order when I normally drive up to pay, you would take it then. No one behind me. She said the system isn’t set up for that. You have to order from the speaker and go back around.

Read moreI went through the drive through and payed with cash and they never gave me my change, they also over charged me for an additional item I did not receive, and they messed up the drink I ordered for myself. I feel very taken advantage of because I had a lot going on with my 4 year old son in the back seat. I called they said I needed to return to the store ( which was also inconvenient). When I came back they said I needed a receipt, but how could I get a receipt when they never gave me my change? When they tried to look it up I gave them the exact time that was placed on the sticker of one of my drinks. The only receipt they “could find” was a credit transaction. Therefor they would not would not provide my change, obviously I was livid it’s not right I had to pay $20 for 2 drinks. They then gave me the district managers number who didn’t answer the phone. Hopefully that employee can eventually get the training needed in cash handling...
