What a nightmare. I decided to use their online order and pick up service. I placed the order for 3 things and I receive a text t pick up. Since I canât pick up because I am in pain, I send my daughter to pick up with the link that they send me. She reaches there and chooses the drive through option on the order link. Goes to drive through and some one at pharmacy repeatedly tells her there is nothing. She decides to go back in store and shows her screen shots of order received, order ready to pick up and they say still there is no order. In the mean time I receive a text saying your order has been picked up. While my daughter calls me they have nothing, I donât know but I am coming home. I tell her but I received the text that it has been picked up . I ask her to go back . I call the store and tell them the situation ans someone named Sam says I will get it ready. She asks for Sam, no one still knows anything. She still itâs asking in front that itâs is the order tht my mom paid for and I am here to pick up and she received a text and she is not leaving. I call the store again and speak with pharmacist telling her the situation she tells me to wait and after few mins says to tell my daughter to ask for store manager Adrian. I tell my daughter who at this point 40 mins going back and forth is on verge of crying.. Adrian comes out and finds the order ready in drive through and now he wants to see my daughters ID. Well did you check anything before I received the text tht my order was picked up?? Did the person in drive through look for a ready order? Did you train your team on this process of pick ups for online order ?? It would have been faster for me to go and pick up from store and pay it there. I donât write bad reviews ever but this is unbelievable. Donât offer a service that you canât...
Read moreThe pharmacist Jason, is beyond rude and inept! This so called "pharmacist" kept filing the wrong heart medication for my son under the wrong name more than once because of this, his insurance wouldn't cover, once I contacted the insurance they confirmed this, and contacted them to get everything sorted and resolved so we can FINALLY pick up our medicine after almost a week of this back and forth, when I went to pick up, I expressed my dissatisfaction and frustration, he was bothered by that and proceeded to place blame on the insurance, he also divulged personal information without my authority, of corse to my shock, I immediately told him he had NO BUSINESS discussing anything other then the issue at hand and I told that he should not be allowed to work with the public, he then said I was being rude and REFUSED to fill my sons prescription, I told him that he need to fill this prescription because he had waited enough, he said he would not do it and walked away, only to return a couple of minutes later to state that he would fill the prescription for that one time only and he would never again provide us service! He came back and CHARGED me $58.00 when we had been assured earlier in the day by our insurance that they would cover 100% and kept insisting that the insurance denied it again, I of course left with out the medication because at this point, I had had enough! I went to the Walgreens on Blatt Blvd and Weston Rd where we have always had excellent service and with 5 minutes they accomplished what this so called "pharmacist" at Bonaventure couldn't for an entire week!! Words can not express the sense of helplessness and anger over this, no one should be...
Read moreI've never written a bad review for a pharmacy before. But I've been motivated. I had a prescription phoned in yesterday and it was being help up for insurance. The prescription is $11 with goodrx. I called to tell them that I didn't need to wait for insurance. The person on the other end said "you're prescription is being reviewed by the pharmacist". I said I realize that, but it's being reviewed for insurance and I don't want insurance. I needed to pick it up last night. She said the same exact thing in the same tone again. We went back and forth a couple times. I was polite, not rude. She said the same exact sentence with no acknowledgement of anything I was saying. It was the strangest experience I have ever had.
This morning - I get an email from walgreens that my prescription is still on hold due to insurance. So I call again. I get a live human again who talks in a rude tone even when she said hello. But I was kind and asked politely. She asked for my name, birthdate, etc. in the most rude and exasperated voice. I told her it was held up for insurance. She just stated "it will be ready in an hour". that's it.
My complaint is that whatever is going on at this Walgreens, your employees are very unhappy. For the treatment I received, I'm not necessarily blaming the person on the other end, there is something wrong with their environment. I will be changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy...
