I loved the shoes I bought before with an elderly lady excellent customer service and was excited to buy a few pairs for my family. But when I went today it was a complete change. I was not greeted upon entering even though I greeted them as I entered. All employees ran to the back and I was just stared down by a lady in black dress as she left to the back. When finally someone came to help it went down hill from there. She was stubborn with us and repeatedly said she will not sale us the requested shoes. I got a pair of nice shoes there. However, I was not really helped as a customer. I saw the difference when I was not dressed like a rich person. The lady that was supposed to help me gave me the shoes I was looking into, but I reapeatly had to go up and ask for a another shoe till I found the right one. However, I saw that she was more willing to cater to a women that looked like she had more money then I did.
