I ordered a painting from this company online. One month passed and it failed to arrived. I contacted the company by phone and e-mail and received one response letting me know that they would look into the situation and call me the next morning. Two days passed. I e-mailed twice with no response. I put up a one star Google review in order to get a response from them and that worked. I was contacted instantly and was assured that my painting was en route and that they would update their website to let people know that the particular painting I ordered has a lead time of 2-3 weeks (at least). The painting did arrive and I've waited two weeks to go back and check the website to see if they did, in fact, include the note on their webpage for the painting letting others know to expect a delay but they have not done so. No change is noted. I'm upping my review from a 1 star to a 3 star because while the painting did arrive, the employee I was dealing with seemed to lack understanding as to what makes for good customer service. Also, the promises of updating their website so as to help other customers avoid the same problem I had has not been followed up on. I'm still feeling very hesitant to recommend this company to others and would still offer a word of caution. It's possible to do better but there seems to be a lack of desire to do so. I'd be happy to be convinced otherwise!

As a church administrator for a UMC, I ordered the highway signs and Joseph Scardina, the General Manager was INCREDIBLE! He sent me a draft copy for verification and he sent follow up e-mails. I placed a second order for additional signs and no only did he remember me he was extremely friendly, professional and he got our order to us well before Easter.

I just had a minor emergency with palms for Palm Sunday. I placed an order with another company with a zero inventory and we do not have a need for palms after Palm Sunday. I immediately cancelled the order within 2 minutes of the order going through. I then called Joseph and again he rescued me. I have an order of palms coming. I ordered two custom Prie Dieu kneelers. They are beautiful and well made. I would have made this my go to source, but several months after I ordered and paid for my items, I got another invoice from directly from Wheaton (I had ordered from their front company Church Supply Warehouse) saying I had an overdue balance. I called and left a message and no one returned it. I finally kept calling until I got someone on the phone. Even though I had a receipt showing a grand total cost paid in full, they said they decided to add on shipping costs that increased my total cost by 10% ($411). So, BUYER BEWARE: they make great products, but are not honest in their pricing...
