Always a great selection here from drug store brands to high prestige brands. To name a few, they've got anything from Covergirl/ LA girl/Mabelline to Morphe to NARS/MAC/Bobbi Brown.

They even have Hour glass, which not all Ultas do!

My go-tos are a mix of everything, depending on the product. PUR cosmetics foundation and IT cosmetics are my current staples. I've used IT cosmetics CC+ cream for YEARS. And I always find myself coming back to it. Very hydrating, dewy, and bomb color correcting ability. It hella transfers so be careful hugging someone lol!

Clean store and friendly employees. They offer salon services such as hair and brow. That's pretty standard for most Ultas.

They've also got lots of fragrance and skin care to choose from.

Return policy is the best, even if the item is used, it can easily be returned.

The reason I love this store so much is their points rewards system. They have THE BEST of any store I have seen in my 31 years. I hoard enough points that sometimes I can make an over 100 dollar purchase and not pay a penny out of my own pocket that day.

I’m disappointed in the service and customer experience at this location. I came in for moisturizer and noticed a Prada fragrance promotion offering a free pouch with a $175+ purchase. I confirmed with an employee, who seemed to be looking at a paper packet behind the register for awhile, that they had the gift so I bought the perfume. At checkout, I had to decline three times to sign up for the credit card, which was uncomfortable. After leaving, I realized I had been given a cologne case instead. When I returned the next day, the cashier explained that’s all they had left—despite my asking specifically about the pouch beforehand. It feels like I was misled just to secure a sale, which was not an insignificant amount of money on my end. I ended up doing a full return to go to the Naperville location. I’ve also noticed inconsistent store practices: one employee is quick to damage out fragrances if customers spray a non-tester bottle, yet testers like the Touchland fragrances have sat empty for over a week. These issues make the store feel poorly managed and...

OMG! Okay I stopped by to purchase some items and got the major run around. After getting what I wanted I asked women including the manager about a special promotion Ulta was having and they had given me an orange coupon which I had forgotten at home. I had 4 coupons. No one knew what I was referring to and they all played dumb. I don’t know what’s worse then playing dumb or didn’t have a clue what Ulta was offering even though they were employees. Right. Upon arriving home I find my coupons and there is a current $10 off of $30 purchases from November 26 through December-9th but they know nothing. Read their reviews and you’ll know I am speaking truth. Ignorance is no excuse for playing stupid games and I’m contacting headquarters first thing tomorrow morning and reporting this particular incident and this store. Needless to say I won’t be returning any time soon. I’ll also be writing corporate. Here’s my advice for what it’s worth. Run-don’t walk! You’ve been warned folks!
