I purchased 2 pair of shoes for my child shortly after the store had opened. Once they were tried on and I realized that the velcro did not reach all the way across the shoes, I returned them to the store. However, when I got to the store, I was told that they have a no return policy. I asked to speak to the manager and I spoke with both Paige, a store manager as well as John, a general manager. They explained their policy to me and I told them that there was no way for me to know that that was their policy before I made the purchase. They told me that the cashier should have told me, but I explained to them that the cashier did not. I also told them that I used Apple pay and just tapped my phone so there was no receipt or anything that I signed that said anything about the return policy. I told them that I could walk through the entire shoe section, which stretched the entire back wall of the store and they would not find a single sign that said all sales are final. Paige told me that they were still waiting on their signs to come in and that they were back ordered. I told them that that was good enough reason that they should honor my return. They still would not. Then the general manager John seemed like he was mad that she admitted to me that they were still waiting on signs and told me to just speak to him from now on and not her... he seemed to demean her for not answering my questions the way he thought she should. I was told there was also signs at the register and when I had them show me, they literally had to move a display with some socks on it that was covering the sign. They were both still stubborn and although I did get refunded & compensated from Nike corporate, it's still pretty sad that a manager doesn't know how to manage and can't budge even when he has no basis to stand on. Not only was the general manager and the other store manager out of line, they also allow merchandise that is supposed to make it on the racks at the store be purchased by employees who sell it outside of the store... at least that's what I was told by an employee there. Buyer beware. Don't...
Read moreLooked in there as one does. The security is in a spinny chair when we first walk in, you know nothing major doesn’t matter. The store has clothes on the floor and on the top of racks. Okay fine maybe it was a busy day not enough workers, I get it. Then I lose my keys… you know I understand it isn’t their job to help me but the workers know the store the best, if I say I lost my keys I would expect for a worker to try to keep an eye for it or offer to leave my info to contact me if they find it. Nope. I ask the worker for help and she said no I didn’t see it…. As a cashier. I know you obviously haven’t been around the store and you have a job to do but you couldn’t ask on the head set? Perhaps said I’ll help you in a second and let me leave my info? She looked at her manager and told me no we haven’t seen them. They didn’t even ask? Just didn’t want to see me in the store. I leave to look for my keys and end up coming back. I find another worker that isn’t the cashier and ask for help. He asks on the headset and the manager explains on the headset we have been there looking for about 20 minutes and to tell us to retrace our steps. I ask to speak to the manager because I saw he was annoyed I asked another worker for help. I say hey I lost my keys I was wondering if y saw them and can I leave my info incase they are here. Still doesn’t offer to get my information and talks down to me saying I should retrace my steps. A customer finds the keys, I get my keys. The experience was about 30 minutes all together and overall they were rude and lack resourcefulness 🤷♀️ everyone looked unhappy to work their too so maybe hire new help or give them some customer...
Read moreIt’s definitely a hit or miss. I like to go as soon as they open. I visited here a few times and I seem to find some good items for myself. I don’t like the woman shoes selection. But the clothing is pretty decent. There are people who either have an online store or some other business and will be buying up all the good shoes so again it’s best to come early. I do wish they had a return or exchange policy, maybe even store credit. The customer service depends on the employee you get. I’ve experienced some wonderful ones and some that may not care or be as attentive as others. That’s everywhere unfortunately! As you can see from the photos I was able to find some good ones. These were all purchased throughout this year and last year. The green air max plus, I was able to find a matching Nike hoodie and pants the same color as the shoestrings. The air max scorpion was a big find. They retail $250. I had just purchased the red and black pair on the Nike website for $160 with a discount code. So when I saw these for $99 imagine my shock. The brown Nike hoodie and pants and the cream and brown air max plus drift was purchased on 12/23/24 midday. I almost didn’t find the hoodie. I’ve learned to have patience and keep looking. Sometimes they bring out merchandise throughout the day so you definitely need patience. I will definitely keep shopping here. Now you may not find the latest pair of Jordan’s of Nikes but you can definitely find...
