This place is jammed packed and messy. It looked like the 90s threw up in there. The racks of clothes are so tight together you cant walk through there. Don't have a stroller and dont be plus size because you definitely arent getting through the racks of clothes. The manager that was there, was helpful but basically told us that she was supposed to be off 30 mins ago. The fitting rooms were lets say to be nice, chaotic. They were working that poor girl in the back to death, while the incoming manager was chatting it up with one of the other workers. While that was happening, the fitting room has approx 7 rooms, they had the entire fitting room filled up with racks of clothes, boxes of clothes that the one girl was putting up, noone was helping her and only 2 rooms available for try on. We waited for 15 mins for a room to open and they lost 4 customers because of the wait. I don't know who hired these managers, but they all need to be fired. The store needs a new buyer because half the selection of clothes are hideous and the same exact thing. They have tons of racks with the same exact sweat suit in different colors. They also need someone to organize the store and merchandise because that store...

They lock your stuff up which I'm not keen to because they probably go through your stuff to pick pocket (who knows...) and I couldn't walk through the aisle without bumping into clothes, there's just no order at all. Nope. Never going in there again. No wonder I was excited to go in this place (to look for a summer dress) and always avoided it. I guess the one time I ignored my instincts of this place, I was right the whole time. Could be better but it's like one of those places, it's just a job, but no...
Read moreNot even worth one star. Store is not ADA compliant at all. Anyone with a mobility disability will not be able to get in, out, or around this store. Staff are more concerned with conversations and air fights with one another than they are the customers. And yes we had to stand and WAIT for the cashiers to finish pretending throwing fists at one another to be checked out. When finally at the register all they can talk about is who is about to get off leaving the transaction time even longer as she never hit the button for the card reader to process. Not a single hi hello how are you or thank you...
