ling-ling ( our waitress first) Very hostile, rude and un-accommodating. As she stormed out due to us sitting ourselves. Showing customer favoritism. She addressed us while Not even acknowledging us and speaking to herself about US. Told her “manager” and then all made it apparent to make us feel singled out. So since she told the rest of the staff of the situation. The cook continued to draw our attention as he complained about the style of preparation we requested for our food and threw our plates and stated that’s how “lite” they gonna get. All because one staff me ever singled us out and caused a scene
As she left us sitting at the table unattended, no service, no drinks and menus.
We were already passed up on our first seating due to the “host” being unaware of who was here first and not.
I would like to speak to corporate for this unpleasing encounter with employees and experience
While The rest of the staff, tried to figure out what had happened confused and upset, only 1 staff member cared to service us correctly and in a timely manner
We later got a new waitress, unaware of what conquered prior to her service, as we were upset.

Read moreI placed a call my local waffle house as I was on my way to the store which I was just a couple minutes away from. When the gentlemen answered the phone he asked me to hold. But he didn't actually place me on hold he just put the phone down and I heard him say "if she wants to place a to go order she's going to have to wait." I thought the comment was rude but I figured they must be busy. Just a couple minutes away I arrived at my local waffle house to find only one car in the parking lot. I waited to see if anyone was going to pick up the phone no one ever did. After ten minutes of being on hold and watching "jay" check out one costumer (which was one of the only two costumer that was in the whole store) I tried hanging up and calling back but because the phone was off the hook it was going to the recording. With three employees in the store and one costumer no one could attend to the costumer on the phone which is ridiculous. I walked in to see the gentlemen's name and it was Jay I told him I was waiting on the phone for over ten minutes the lady offered to take my order but I declined. Read moreI arrived and was told by one of the waitresses that it would be a few mins (10-15 mins) max wait. I agreed to wait. Well, after 25 mins i checked back to see if my food would be ready. The waitress tell me that it’s not & stated she would bring it to my car. I waited another 5-10 mins, nothing. I checked back and this lady say it’s still not ready. So, i asked “have you even started on it”? She responded, no. Then, there’s women in there standing around the grill talking instead of working and it was busy, which caused several customers to stand there and not be helped. Then the workers on the grill started arguing because one of them weren’t smiling or something. I requested a refund and wasn’t acknowledged. A different lady ended up giving me a refund and on my way out there stated “this got to be the worst customer service already today” and ran into (i believe to be a manager) who was standing outside on her phone doing nothing by the door.
