Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I have given this location many chances as I am a big fan of Tropical Smoothie Café for a long time. However, this location is not meeting the standard. It started several visits ago. First they were unable to process an award on the app. Next visit I attempted to pick up my web order through the drive-in and I was rudely rebuked by staff. Next couple of visits I was given the wrong quesadiila (chicken on it that I didn't order.) Yes twice. And prior to this order about 2 weeks ago I placed a web order. I showed up at the allotted time and had to wait for 10 more minutes. So today I placed an order and it said it would be 10 minutes so I showed up in 15 minutes to melted smoothies. When I questioned the staff (manager or owner, not sure) they basically said too bad and accused me of being a door dash driver. Also my banana was horribly bruised and black and part of the peel was missing. It's really a shame because as a fan I was so excited for this location opening a mile from my house but I will now have to drive to a location 15 minutes away if I so desire. This location may not even survive. Sorry for so much detail but avoid this location...

Great wrap! Green smoothie was good too! But man the customer service is so bad. Went through the drive thru and the girl sounded like she was so annoyed and bored out of her mind. She must have been the girl at the window because her service was so bad. She was disappointed she had to get off her phone to actually work. The only thing she was quick to do was get back on her phone while prepping food and that’s pretty gross considering none of us sanitize our phones and go to the bathroom with them. The girl up front was on her phone every chance she could get too. Meanwhile I only have the time it took to get my food to see all this. Customer service standards have dropped but this is pathetic. Someone needs to manage this staff and have higher expectations. Someone allows this culture there. Go work at a warehouse if you don’t want to smile and deal with the...

I ordered a bahama mama, a chicken caprese and jalapeño corn as a side! I also got some jalapeño kettle chips! It was delicious and smelled and looked delicious!! I was drooling waiting in the drive thru..I haven’t tried the breakfast yet but I’m sure it’s delicious as well, the lady taking our order was very kind and patient as we were looking at the menu, especially since we came 30 minutes before close!
