If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT order uber eats food from here because most likely they will send the wrong food to you if you do. Yesterday it was raining really badly and me and my family did not feel like driving through the bad weather so we Uber-Eats some Panda Express, only when the food gets here it’s the complete incorrect order and even has a receipt with it that states it was a door dash order. Now I can forgive a simple mistake such as handing out incorrect food even though we ordered 3 plates ($40 worth of food) and only received 1 bowl. However my fiancé calls the Panda Express only to recieve the rudest customer service from a manager who stated she would remake our food. We drive up to Panda Express even though we were tired and not wanting to drive through the bad weather and I get to the store and the manager doesn’t even say anything to me about my order being wrong in fact I did not even see the manager. I work in customer service as a manager at a fast-casual restaurant and if my team would have messed up a guests order this bad I would have at least had the decency to greet them when they inconveniently drove out of their way to get their correctly ordered food when they ordered off a 3rd party to not have to drive to the store. We drive home only to discover we put too much faith in this Panda Express once again because we did not check the bag of remade food and you guessed it! It was the wrong food! The receipt that was given to us with the remade food was correct stating that we had 3 plates one of which was a double order of honey walnut shrimp and a double order of chow mein which we did not receive in the bag of remade food. Frustrated I call the Panda Express myself this time and the manager is unhelpful, rude, and quite frankly does not seem to know what she is doing. After I explained the situation to her she proceeds to ask me what I would like HER to do about it. First I would’ve like to have received the correct food the very first time and not have to go through the headache of driving to get remade food only to not get the correct food once AGAIN! Read moreI came in got a Panda fix just after 9 and had to ask for Beijing Beef, Broccoli Beef and Super Greens to be prepared. One other patron was paying for her order and leaving, but the drive through was buzzing. For some reason, the staff seemed extremely reluctant to prepare fresh dishes. So much so, that when they asked me to pay before the food was ready, I declined. There was a 15-20 minute wait, which I agreed to. When the 1/2 order of Beijing Beef came out without onions and peppers, I said I wanted mine the normal way. That was met with expressions of disbelief and more wispering. The staff member who was preparing plates, went to cook with the two who were already cooking. He prepared the peppers and onions for the Beijing Beef and added them in. People were ordering and the fresh 1/2 order of Beijing Beef was going fast, so I asked that mine be set aside. Next, the Broccoli Beef came out, then the Super Greens came. At last, I had a 2 entree meal and was ready to pay. I heard them ask 5 or 6 times if people wanted to donate to something for children. I was offended that I was not asked, and mentioned the fact. Read moreA group of 6 of us went on Sunday, March 23, 2025 shortly after they opened at 1115am. We may have been the first people in. The food looked great but it was horrendous! I think it had been sitting for over an hour. The black pepper chicken was raw and cold, the Bejing beef was soft and not crispy like it was sitting there. Cheese rangoon so cold they were terrible could not even eat them. The orange chicken must have been the freshest was ok but cold too. Even the steamed rice was terrible, must have been from the night before. On top of it all as we were sitting trying to eat it the cashier came up and said the charge did not go through and they made us pay again and said if you happened to get charged twice just come in and we will credit you. Well, guess what? We had two charges on credit card when we got home. So had to drive 15 miles the next day to get our charge card credited. No coupons for meals for our inconvenience, no sorry, not even a free soda, nothing and then they were questioning the charge because we donated a dollar on the first meal and the receipts were $68 and the 2nd one $67.
