Wright's Furniture — Local services in Whitefish

I did not have the best experience. I will probably not go back. I did make a substantial purchase. And, Wright's has very nice furniture. So, why am I unhappy? Perhaps I expected more? I purchased two items off the floor. No discount was offered. No offer was made to clean and condition (leather) the items. Perhaps, what I think of a substantial purchase is peanuts to them? I am somewhat happy with my purchases. But, Wright's did not live up to their reputation in my experience. I am writing this review so the reader can learn from me. I guess you must be aggressive with the sales staff. I guess you must demand better service, discount, ... I was too timid. I needed furniture immediately. I should have gone...

I didn't give this place enough time years ago, and assumed all of what they had was high end furniture. They really have a broad selection of well made furniture, and in a full spectrum of budgets. This also doesn't mean the lower priced items are of poor quality - they have Montana made and USA made furniture in all budgets too. I'm impressed with the selection, prices, and salesmanship (Mary Ann in paricular), and how they handle deliveries: WHO ANYWHERE schedules a specific time for delivery these days? Wrights didn't waste my time, found exactly what I needed, and was flexible with a change I had to make to my order. For our new home, we wanted a unique TV stand to complement our living room decor. We found a piece we liked online - a Hammary Structure Media Easel - and after further research found that Wright's (a local family owned company) carried this line of products. They gladly placed a special order - matching the online price - and while the factory took longer than expected, the Wright's team gave us regular updates. Once it arrived, they assembled and delivered to our home...for FREE. It is a beautiful piece and was most definitely worth the wait.
