Jon, store manager @ Aslan Jewelry store Lehigh Valley Mall, was absolutely amazing. Jon helped us designed a beautiful Tanzanite and diamond ring. Jon went above and beyond and relentlessly worked to find a perfect Tanzanite gemstone per our specifications. During the time working with us, Jon was professional, honest, trustworthy, pleasant, and patient. Jon did not rush us and we did not feel forced into purchasing anything. He always greeted us with a smile, created a comfortable and trusting atmosphere, and talked to us with hearty laughs and no sale pitch. We came to the store multiple times to look at the Tanzanite gemstone that Jon found for us and when we were not 100% sure that the stone was what we wanted, Jon told us not to worry and that he would make sure to get a Tanzanite stone that fit our expectations or better. Jon even went beyond to have the stone’s quality evaluated by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and its value assessed by the GIA certified Gemologist. The final set up of the ring with the diamonds and Tanzanite gemstone was exquisite. Words cannot express the beauty of the Tanzanite and diamond gemstone ring, that was designed by Jon and meticulously crafted by the store owner Dani! Jon and Dani made sure that the ring was done before we went on vacation. I wore the ring and received so many compliments, people told me that the ring was one of a kind and it was not something that one could just go to a jewelry store to get. My Tanzanite/Diamond ring’s design was artistic and the craftmanship was excellent. We did not know any jewelry store that would do custom made jewelry, but we do know now that Aslan Jewelry store does patiently work with customers to custom made their jewelry, from ordering lose stone per customer specifications, to GIA certifying, to artistically designing and meticulously crafting the piece to perfection. With all that, Jon gave us a reasonable quote, not overpriced, that helped us able to purchase the ring of my dream. A few months ago, I walked into Aslan Jewelers with the hopes of buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend (at the time). I walked in with vague ideas of what she liked in a ring but not more knowledge than that. I was approached by the Sales associate Chris Arnold who took the time to explain everything from diamond clarity, to cuts, to color, and all of the different options for settings. When I explained what I was looking for, she gave me several options and eventually helped me create the perfect engagement ring that was within my price range. Along with this, they were willing to work with me on pricing to make sure I could get the ring that my girlfriend deserved. Chris even gave me some good tips on hiding the ring to make sure it wasn't found before the big day. Truthfully, with my lack of knowledge going into this whole experience, I am sure many Jewelry stores would see me as an easy target to upsell and pressure into a purchase. Aslan did the absolute opposite. In fact, Chris told me multiple times "I don't want you to feel any pressure to buy today" and encouraged me to take time to think about the purchase if needed. After working with her, I felt very confident in my choice and ordered the ring that day. Fast forward several months....my (now) fiancee loves her ring, but unfortunately, my attempt at measuring her finger was poor and it was a little big. We came back to Aslan to get it resized and worked with Ken. He was very helpful with making sure we got it sized correctly. And of course....no charge at all for resizing (I was expecting to at least have to pay something). This again shows how they take care of their customers even after they make their big purchase. All in all, this is a tremendous local business with tremendous employees who truly take care of their customers. We are looking forward to picking up the resized ring and for my fiancee to finally be able to wear it. We have already decided that when we are ready to pick out our wedding bands, we will be back at Aslan for sure, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends to check out whenever they're looking to buy...

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris at Aslan Jewelers in the Lehigh Valley Mall while selecting our wedding bands, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Chris was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at ease.

She really watched our facial expressions for each ring we looked at to help us pick the perfect ones. She even cleaned my engagement ring so it looked the best while I tried on wedding bands.
