Tina and Frank at Mattress Fair are absolutely fantastic! They made purchasing a new mattress easy and stress-free. Both Tina and Frank are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and make their customers their priority. From helping us pick out a new mattress to the quick delivery and set up, we could not have asked for a better experience. Tina and Frank, with their expertise, helped us pick a mattress perfect for us, within our budget, with absolutely no pressure. The mattress was delivered quickly and Frank delivered our mattress, box spring, and frame and had it set up in less than 20 minutes. Their mattresses are of the best quality and their customer service is second to none. We love our new mattress, box spring, and bed frame. We originally went to Bob's and would you believe with all the fancy funiture in the entire store they did not have a mattress on hand to sell us, in whitehall mall. Then me and my husband went to mattress warehouse on Mac Authur and would you believe they didn't even have one on hand not to mention the expensive price they were offering, so upon leaving someone told us about Mattress Fair now by this time i was ready to give up but instead we gave it a try and to my surprise not only did Frank yes I remember his name but he came out and showed us numerous mattresses and also that he had NOT ONE but Every Single One In The Store. I was impressed with the confidence he showed me. Oh that's not just it the PRICE was better than Bob's and Mattress warehouse. I'm talking Good Quality Sealy No springs you feel when laying down. First off : Customer service was A M A Z I N G. My fiancè and I just moved into a house, and we were looking for a twin mattress for our kid and a frame, and box spring for us. Frank helped us not only with that, but he also stayed open almost an hour later then his closing time to help us with this. His material is awesome, and he truly was super helpful and beyond amazing to my family. Second: Delivery was outstanding, he was exactly on the time he said he would be here. Also, he worked FAST to build the frame with his friend. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was AMAZED, they were in and out of my house probably under 15 minutes.
