BIGBOX — Local services in Whitehall

My first time going with my children during the weekend of June 2024. I was extremely disappointed. Went and bought a Bluetooth transmitter for my car and upon leaving the store and getting to the car, the box had nothing in it other than a charger head which didnt even belong. I returned to the store immediately. They had apologized and offered for me to pick something else out for the same price. My child ended up picking out a Nerf gel blaster which when getting home, fell apart as soon as we opened the package. Headset was also purchased at this location and did not work either. Spent over $90 and will never do it again. Some of the things on the table ended up not being the price advertised. Products were disorganized, opened then taped back shut. Came across hair clippers that were obviously used, as there was hair that was visible spread throughout the clear box, and it was again placed back in the box and taped shut. Gross! I stood in line waiting as 3 glanced over at the counter more than once and continued to talk. Overall, I was not happy. There are alot of places like these starting to open up and I have fell in love with them for their awesome deals, organization, cleanliness and above all friendly and attentive customer service. There's a place on Union Blvd not far from Wawa who always has one man working and never came even close to the poor buisness and characteristics that this place has displayed. I am not one to ever write bad reviews as behind every business is a person who is trying to keep food on the table and a roof over their family's head. I rather alwaysbe on the supporting end. However, this place just was not it. I left and came home feeling...

Today was our test run at this outlet. I have to say the staff is super awesome. The rules are simple and clearly stated. No one can start shopping until everyone that was in line gets in, no shoving and / or pushing, no fighting. Your cart will be taken from you, and you will be asked to leave. However, everyone that was behind me in line ended up pushing their way to the front of the lines, and the lady behind me, with the shopping cart kept pushing into me and at one point drove the shopping cart into my heal. Lots of ill mannered people. Not a reflection of the owners, the staff, nor the store. Great finds, great prices, great stuff. Free raffles, too. Just gotta be willing to be runned over, stepped on, and pushed out of the way. I might return, but there are other such places we might...

I needed a machine to get a haircut. I bought a razor from here. When I bought it, it said that a part was missing. I accepted this and bought it. However, when I went home and checked, I realized that the missing part was for cutting hair. When I took the product back 2 days later without using it, the authorized person said that it could not be returned. I told them that I did not want the money back and that I could buy another product instead, but they did not accept that either. Even though I told them that it was of no use to me because of the missing part, they did not accept it. And now I have a material that is of no use to me. This situation upset me a lot.
