I have a Leopard Gecko that was neglected for about a month, and not fed. Just given water. He is about 8 yrs old, bright colors, and had a plump body and fat tail before this. I noticed that he was skinny and was not moving in the tank. I tried giving it crickets that were half knocked out but he wanted no part of them. He was obviously skinny, lethargic and did not move. Definitely starving and dehydrated. I went to your place on Tuesday July 5th and spoke with Alisha (?) about the gecko. She took me to the fridge area and showed me the chart of worms and crickets. She told me that waxworms are the best for me to try because of all the protein and fat they have, and easy for the gecko to pass. She said to try and have him eat that. 10 if possible. I brought home some waxworms and put 10 in a small plate for him. The wiggling worms woke up "MAX" and he went after all 10 and ate them. That dinner made him feel better and he has been up and moving since. I gave him 10 more last night and he is looking so much better now. I didn't find the prices to be extraordinarily great, although they have a decent selection of things. What bothered me most is how they advertised sale tags on lots of items throughout the store,, but tell you at the register that those prices are only for members. Now it's completely free to sign up for membership and takes just a minute at the register. My complaint is that their sale pricing method is very misleading. There is nothing on the tags saying "membership pricing only" or anything similar. Some people don't feel comfortable just giving out their personal information just to save a dollar. I'm not necessarily one of those people, so I questioned their method of pricing and provided fake information to sign up for their loyalty card scam. The 17 year old kid ringing up my sale didn't create the store policy so why argue with them. I ended up saving a little in the end. I have been a big fan of their self serve puppy wash. The recent remodel turned the safe & secure tubs into an open air bath house!

I could not be comfortable bathing Apoll0. I could tell he too was frightened! My sneakers were sloshing around on a WET tile floor. The towels were NOT available to each stall. I was truly afraid to leave him teathered to run for more towels. He did try to bail & just about hung himself on the leash!

The water pressure in stall 3 was so bad. When I asked why, the attendant said she had to finish using the hose in stall 1 for me to regain enough pressure to rinse. Then, the checkout attendant controls when the LOUD air dryer goes on & off. Apoll0 sure did NOT like that. I felt like I would have done a much better job at home.
