KFC — Restaurant in Whitehall

#kfc Broad St Whitehall Ohio..This is the worst..At 6:30 p.m. I have to wait 30 mins for food and still get the wrong food...first the manager asks what i would like and instead of ringing it up like she should have she walks away in thr middle of the order. Then the lady from drive thru asks if i been helped i say no..she takes my order i tell her twice that i dont want thighs but breast instead that i would pay the upcharge and says she cannot ring me out its not her register. So then it takes the boy awhile to come finish the order. Instead of reading my order back to me he looks over it and goes we dont have any mac and cheese we ran out, he just rings me out. I ask him if she got me down for no thighs only breast. He says no that i should have told him and that it will be $4 i go to hand him my card and he said he cant do it that way that i need to talk to the manager about it. So i do and she just walks away. So when they finally get my food to me i ask if there was thighs in it and he said yes i told him i dont want them so he goes to the manager and after a few minutes he comes back and said they will switch them out... I get home and the thighs are sitting on top and no extra breasts I try to call in and they dont...

After my most recent visit, I will NEVER visit this location again. Every (yes every) single time I have gone they get something wrong. Whether it's giving me original instead of crispy, giving me the wrong parts of chicken (thigh instead of drum) not including sauce that I asked for multiple times, the pot pies being dry and empty, giving me plain chicken sandwiches when I asked for Nashville flavor, the soda tasting like straight dish-washing soap (to the point of me just dumping it down the sink the second I get home since it comes with the $5 fill-up) or the chicken just being plain under cooked; I could go on, but the point is that the staff is either not trained properly or they just don't care (likely a combo of both from seeing who runs the place) but the service, food, and frankly the cleanliness of the store is ABHORRENT. I have called back several times and they always promise to give me a new meal, but honestly once you drive all the way back home, it's just not worth the time and effort to drive back and explain everything to them just to be sent back home with a mediocre...

We ordered on the KFC app and we wanted to come in to check our order but the doors were locked. We came through the drive thru and the order was quickly handed to us. We asked why the doors were locked because this was before 6pm and the lady at the window said because they are and slammed the window shut. We drove away and checked our food. The 2 fries ordered were cold and hard like they had been sitting out for hours. The large sweet tea received was a cup of urine. 2 of my family members almost drank it until they noticed what it looked and smelled like. We were furious but didn’t want to go back to the restaurant because of how horrible the service was and after the “tea” incident afraid for our health. I wanted a full refund for my order and for someone to inspect this location because what they are doing in there is unsanitary and illegal!

Follow Up : After notifying corporate all they gave was an apology, some KFC points, and a $5 refund for the tea and fries. The whole meal was ruined. Seems they don’t care for their...
