HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Avoid at all costs! Rude management. Get there with my friend at 4:55. Very slow, only 3 people in front of us and no one behind us. There was about 7 workers. One of the line girls said that they’re only doing online orders now. We asked why, as there were only 3 people in front of us and tons of workers. Manager came out and said we can place an online order but it might not be ready for 30 minutes. Meanwhile the food was fresh and just filled up so it didn’t make sense. Why make us place an online order when we are already in line? At this point we were next in line, still no one behind us. They refused to serve us, unless we ordered online, which they would have had to make anyway! I made no sense. We could’ve been in and out of there in 2 minutes. No sign was posted saying online only, and we drove 20 minutes! The manager who came out was a white male with yellow/orangeish glasses. I explained to him that I am a business owner and would never speak that way to a customer and that this is something so silly and that they aren’t offering a resolution, only offering something that doesn’t make sense. He said it’s because 3 employees called off. They had 7 that weren’t even doing ANYTHING! It’s not my fault that they once again have bad operations management and 3 employees call off. No wonder they called off. They probably hate working for him. He should NOT be in management and training his employees to shut down taking orders because they’re lazy. His excuse was they need to “reaccess” the food which to me means they don’t want to work. If a business is open and serving people, how can they just decide to switch to “only orders only” at any given time when it’s not even busy…. Very childish. Never going back here again. On top of that, he said he’d serve my friend and she wouldn’t have to do an online order and asked me to leave. He also wouldn’t give me his name and said I can refuse anyone I want in a nasty tone. He needs to be fired and take a course in customer service and...
Read moreLOVED IT.. Visited on the 5th of July in the evening hour.. Let's see.. First.. Hats off to the serving staff.. Rose.. First encounter.. She was professional and courteous.. A little hesitant to give her name at first.. But understandable.. She was awesome after told her I ask everyone their name.. She had an excellent smile.. Made me want to smile back.. Rose was my late sister's middle name.. Ordered a bowl type meal.. Thought and contemplated the burrito.. But settled on the bowl.. Mainly surmised it would be easier to eat.. Ordered two actually.. One for myself and one for my roommate.. Then Noah was next in the procession.. He was so easy to understand.. Straight to the point and offered a suggestion here and there plus was informative when it came to sauce selection.. Noah just happens to be my second biological son's name.. Then there came the end of our buffet style through the line experience.. Makayla.. She was so pleasant.. Understanding when I asked her name and to spell it was what I recall three times.. It was a little noisy.. Explained that I too had a Michaela (How I spell it).. Just wanted to get her name right for this very purpose of review.. When asked for extra napkins (which I always typically do) she said she had put some in but obliged and added some.. My caregiver was like you have paper towels at the house and was also volunteering of information as to the fact of my kids names and the correlation.. Food review.. Superb.. Was out of lettuce.. But no worries.. Particularly did not desire it.. The line was a little long.. But hey.. Everyone wanted Chipotle's obviously.. Well worth the wait.. Placed an order online for 10+ people. That's a substantial amount. Scheduled a pick up for 11AM and get confirmation my order has gone through and payment processed. I get to Chipotle at 11AM to find the door locked and a handwritten note saying "Temporarily Closed Until 11:30." Well I have already paid, so I wait. Meanwhile, I call and find out the closure is from electrical problems and that I can either wait until they reopen and get my food, or I can order at a different location and get it there, then call and cancel my order at this location. But I've already paid, why pay again at a different place? So I wait. They open at 11:30, and we go in. Then I'm told that they don't have the order in their system, and they won't make it for me. I'm told to get in line and order that way. I explain that it's a huge order, so they worker disappears to the back, with a list of the order. 10 minutes later the worker says he can't do anything for me. He can't fulfill my order, nor can he refund my money. I'm told to go onto their website and chat with someone about getting a refund. So I left with no food, that I already paid for.
