Well, I ordered only FIVE items online and appears all were in stock. I received an email stating my items would be ready within two hours. I received another email 30 mins to an hour later stating the order was ready for pickup. I went to the store and showed my ID to the Cashier. She could not locate my order by my name, phone number or email address.
Please note, if I told her I had received an email to pickup my order, my ID should have been enough, if not the email itself! I had to give her my phone number THREE times!! She spelled my email address backwards???? Once I finally received my order, only one item was in the bag! I found out my other items were cancelled due to the items were not in stock!!
I asked the Cashier to leave my item at the counter and I will check the store for my other items. The manager found one item and brought it up to the register. I found ALL of my items in the same area as my first item!! The items were all on different shelves!! So, basically my online order was cancelled due to lack of knowledge of their inventory!!
The manager stated "our worker left earlier and she is new." She grabbed the first item. How did she not see the other items in the same area?? The manager should have helped her locate the items instead of cancelling my order and playing dumb!! The manager stated "we did not place your order."

So knowledgeable and I went in for textured hair and nail stuff and she knew exactly what I meant, helped me get the exact brands I wanted and recommended what I wanted and needed. She also educated me on what nail glue worked the best and on what light nails could be cured by the gel x brands. She even recommended what heated hair cap dryer I needed that wouldn’t get covered in oil or deep conditioner that I could wash easily. I’m so happy to have gone to the Sally’s in Whitehall. They have a gem of an associate. Literally knows all her stuff to a T and explains with passion and interest.
