Vapor 100 kinda sucks. Support a local business instead. The people are awesome but it's a chain store that doesn't keep adequate stock so often your pod or coil will be sold out and if they don't carry it they won't special order it. Corporate does all their inventory anyway so the store workers can't even request more or different stock. Of course the pact act screwed over American consumers making it almost impossible to order your own products online, making ex-smokers more likely to go back to tobacco products, costing us more money and forcing us to go through these dealers. If you are sold faulty devices, pods or coils then you're forced to eat the cost on top of their exorbitant markups because they don't do refunds either, like people are gonna test their packs of coils in the store... Vapor 100 was the last straw and I should thank them for convincing me to finally ween off nicotine. I've also heard those oral packets are nice, maybe even...
Read moreI have gone here 6 times total now. 5 out of 6 times I haven't been asked to see my ID. The cashier checked out 3 people before me and didn't ask for their ID. It came to my turn to check out, and he asked if I had a phone number set up, I said no. He asked if I wanted to set one up. I said no, not today. He said okay well I'm gonna have to scan your ID. That's fine I told him I have the paper copy he said he can just see my old one so I pulled out my old ID and then he says you know what let me see your paper copy. I went to my car to get it, came back in, and gave it to him. I understand completely the need to ID someone when they are buying nicotine products, but why the inconsistency? This wasn't the first time that cashier had checked me out, either. If you're going to ID someone just because they don't want your stores rewards, then you need to ID everyone.
I don't want your rewards to poison my body at a cheaper rate. Work on your...
Read moreI would risk spending your money here with caution. Today I went to purchase a new tip for my vape, upon purchasing and with in 30 seconds of getting into my car I realize the wrong size was given to me. so when i go into the store (NOT EVEN A FULL MIN LATER) to get the correct size, I'm told I'm just out of luck because, even though the item was still sealed in the box, they would not exchange it. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and I could understand if it was hours if not days later and if the item was removed from its packaging but in this instance, that was not the case. I wont spend another dime here and ill be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same due to the lack of customer care and the lack of common sense to solve a problem without wasting the customers time and most importantly...
