The lady didn’t speak wanted to know info on there product but when I asked, she just couldn’t answer any questions didn’t have any information just kept struggling her shoulders as if she didn’t know ask for the gentleman that works there. He came out from the back with an attitude. I asked about the bud they had sitting on the counter, if it was legal since it’s illegal to have weed in Kansas, and he asked me if I was the police. I was frequent customer for awhile spent allot of money in there treated with great customer care for awhile but they let amir go and customer service kinda went down so for that I didn't give 5 stars. I bought 5 pieces of amir and I went and got another one and the new dude grabbed the rig by the banger and dropped it pick it up and handed it me no discount no sorry nothing he was busy on FaceTime with someone talking to him about how he needed to treat customers better. Ignored me basically the whole time said 4 words to me was not happy. There is a Crack in my rig I didn't see till a few days later went in and no remorse. This place is amazing! I stopped by and showed him my disposable vape that I could no longer find anywhere in wichita so I had to start ordering them online. He offered to try and get them added to his store so I wouldn’t have to order online in bulk. Then he suggested a similar favor in elf bar. I reluctantly bought it and told him I’ve tried so many but they do not compare to my favorite one.
