I was brought here by coworkers who wanted to expose me to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Both are married to Vietnamese men, so I knew I could trust their guidance! I've had egg rolls before, and these were tasty and served with a sweet and sour sauce. My friends requested fish sauce- a must in their minds - but I was not a fan. Spring rolls are a new experience for me, and these were tasty with a bright flavor courtesy of the mint leaves. We also shared a traditional Vietnamese sandwich, which was good and tasted like most other ham sandwiches (AKA: not different for my palate). When we moved to the main dishes, we shared pho (yum!), bun rieu (I had never tried blood cake, and it's ok if you don't think about it) but didn't have room for the Grilled Beef with Lemon Grass vermicelli we also ordered. Great place love it, I’ve tried many things all awesome. Great staff. Always friendly! Fast service. Super love their Vietnamese egg rolls & the sauce is awesome. Love the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup) & the Hu Tieu Nam Vang (clear noodle soup with shrimp and pork). Every soup I've had from here is excellent. The Bun dishes are great also; consisting of noodles, veggies, meats, sauce & the ones who end with Cha Gio include egg rolls. The Bun Bo Xao Cha Gio is great, it's stirfried lemongrass beef, egg rolls, and all the toppings. So they have lots of great dishes that aren't just soup. Food was good not the best I'veever had but not the worst either id go back if their people werent so rude. The customer service is terrible. Rude people that can't even greet you when you walk in. I had a younger guy hand me the menu while the couple (im assuming owners?) were in back of him gossiping, as soon as i looked up they stopped whispering then looked at each other with a smirk on their face. I may not understand them but i definitely knew they were talking about me or the girl who had just left....
