To be clear, this was a ONE STAR review...
Until I encountered manager Kensi at this location. She was extremely professional and handled herself in a way that would make ANY company proud to have her on board.
I placed an order online that proceeded to debit points from my balance as well as money from my account yet it didn't actually place my order. It did tell me to contact the store though. So I tried and tired and tried.... for 30+ minutes. I was transferred to the "main line" 3 times which was no help other than for them to recite a script to me and place me on the same line I was on before. Eventually, I was able to reach Ke si. She explained that there was a system wide issue and apologize profusely adding the question that NEVER gets asked anymorw... "What can I do to help make this up to you for your inconvenience?" I would be lying if I said it didnt floor me when she was so calmly and genuinely trying to fix a customer's issue. No attitude, no irritation, nothing other than doing her job and doing it well! She helped get me the info I needed, get my order fixed and went out of her way to get it to me.
Companies will make mistakes, things will happen. It's about how those company's employees and leaders CHOOSE to handle them when they arise and what they do to accommodate and apologize to their customers. This young woman was absolutely a testament to what every company Hope's to hire and what every customer Hope's to encounter. PIZZA HUT TAKE NOTICE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE. She deserves it and I would bet money that she can handle more and do it well. Thank you to Kensi for not only the wonderful pizza that was delivered to my home but also for the experience that could have irritated my night but instead made me happy to have encountered you.

We did Not receive our Order, nor did we have any Communication regarding as to Why...
After waiting over 45mins past our Scheduled Delivery time and several Unsuccessful Calls later... I decided to Visit the location In-person to Speak to a Manager regarding our Order - since we had our entire Staff waiting for Pizza to arrive...
The Manager's response as to Why our Order did Not make it to us was: "Man, we are really Busy...we had over 100 pizza orders Today and ever since we Switched to GrubHub only Half of them Make it out... so sorry it didn't Make it - I already Refunded it"...
He then Turned around and Walked off.
Though I understand the Fault may be with the GrubHub at Not Delivering our Order; I sure Hope at some point the Franchise owner Realizes there is a much Better way to Serve their Customers and Decides to place some Importance on better Training for their Employees, especially their Managers when Handling issues like this...

I get a very rude msg from a man from the store claiming I did not put my apt number on the order and he was tired of calling me to tell me to do so. I returned his call and I explained to him this is my first time ordering delivery and on the mobile site, my apt number is on there. He again stated he recognized my name and he's tired of telling me to add my apt number. Again I told him this is my first time and he stated every time someone from Lycee orders there's never an apt number. I told him I can't speak for everyone in this complex but I did add my apt number and I don't know why it didn't come across to him. He kept cutting me off and had an attitude!!
