Went in on a Sunday 12/1, Salesman Joe seemed helpful and knowledgeable with helping me make a selection of a Queen mattress and the purchase process seemed very smooth. However, he told me as I made the purchase that the mattress would be scheduled for delivery on the upcoming Wednesday 12/4 with a text Tuesday evening to give me a delivery window. When I didn’t receive a text Tuesday evening, I called the next day (Wednesday 12/4) to follow up and was told by Joe that the delivery date was in the system for Saturday (12/7) instead. Joe said he would call me back to let me know if it could be moved to Friday and I never heard back from him. I then received a text on Friday from Denver Mattress saying that the products were in and that I needed to call in to schedule with openings Wednesday (12/11) or Thursday of the following week. So I called back on Saturday (12/7) and talked to someone else and they said the delivery had never been scheduled, (Joe lied to me twice.) but the person said he could understand my frustration and would get it scheduled. I did not hear back from him about what day it had been scheduled so called again on Monday (12/9). Joe answered this time and had the nerve to tell me that he didn’t remember talking to me or saying that he was going to schedule on either the previous Wednesday (12/4) or on the Saturday (12/7). He said he showed it now on the schedule for Wednesday (12/11). (If it was, it was likely put on the schedule by the other person) I told him I wasn’t sure whether to believe him since he’d told me it had been scheduled twice before. I ended up cancelling my order and getting a refund because Joe had accused me of lying but had actually lied to me and I couldn’t trust it was even scheduled. This time around I had Alec helping me out. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get in and out pretty quickly. He found me a mattress encasement and some sheets on clearance. I appreciate all the help I was given today. I have never had any problems with Denver Mattress they are always so helpful and knowledgeable.

Kyle was sooo Helpful, took less then 5 minutes to get everything done and squared away. he waited for my Husband to show up, and helped him load the mattress since the warehouse was already closed. He even took the time to talk to my Mom about Annie Mattress and told her, even though she is out of state he will help her order it and get its squared away where she lives. So nice. This is my second time buying there, and not my last!

I used the text to find out if they even had the items I was looking at in stock. She answered professionally. When I came in to purchase them, she also caught me, as soon as I asked about frames, and was already looking at the mattress she knew it was me from this morning. She is amazing, professional, made my transaction quickly, and still definitely not going to be my last time...
