What a dump. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am perplexed by the good reviews. It doesn’t look like the pictures. I knew right when I drove up that it was a mistake. I travel frequently for business, stay in a lot of hotels and this by far was the worst. I can’t believe Wyndham would attach their name to this. VERY BAD WIFI. Constantly in and out. I was here for business and fortunately did not schedule any video calls. I had to use the hot spot on my phone the entire stay. I complained about it a few times and it wasn’t until I asked to speak to a manager (who apparently does not keep a set schedule and was MIA) that a front desk clerk and maintenance man called my room to try and help. If you could call asking me to contact tech support to fix the issue. I told them I don’t have time for that. The MIA manager should be sitting on the phone with tech support, not me. They acted like it was my just my room having an issue. It wasn’t my room. Horrible surrounding area with bar/strip club in the back parking lot. Loud music until the early morning hours. Lots of noise in the parking lot. Tub was clogged so it filled up as I was taking a shower. Stains on bedding on 2nd bed when I came into the room. Should have been obvious when the bed was made and I saw it immediately when I walked in. Holes in sheets. Stay somewhere else. I should have left after the first of two nights.

I checked in late afternoon on Sunday, and the gentleman behind the counter, Bobby, was helping a gentleman who didn't speak English. He was very patient with him, looked him in the eyes when he spoke, and offered genuine smiles. Witnessing that interaction set a very good tone for my visit. The hotel itself is very modern and bright. It offers a small workout room and outdoor swimming pool on the main floor. There is a laundry room on the 4th floor right off the elevator. It's $2.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry, and you can purchase detergent and dryer sheets in the shop next to the front desk. My room was on the very end, across from the stairs. It was very quiet, which I appreciated. The only fault with the room is no closet. Standard layout for a room. I had a king bed, which was very comfortable. It had a permanent rug under it, like glued to the floor. I found that interesting. There was a nice size t.v., microwave, and mini fridge located inside the dresser. The bathroom was a good size and had an anti-fog mirror. It's the little things. The shower, no combo, had amazing water pressure. Some could find it hard, but I enjoy the pressure. They offer a continental breakfast with a couple of hot options. I've always thought of La Quinta as a nicer, maybe a higher end hotel. It didn't disappoint.

Flying from Chicago to Kansas City we had bad weather issues. We were diverted to Wichita. Eventually they canceled our flight. The weather and wild in Wichita was terrible. I called LaQuinta because they were close and offered a shuttle ride. As I walk to the bus stop the wind nearly blew my luggage and I away! After I called LaQuinta she arrived within 10 minutes Janice picked me up she also got me checked in. She then asked if I needed a wake up call? She also reminded me to stop down for a free morning breakfast. I just want to say every Hospitality team in the country can use a Janice! I also want to say the hotel was very clean and room was safe warm and quiet. Thank you!!

Went to check in with my wife in a wheelchair with 2 ada certified service animals and they wanted to charge a service fee per dog. I provided a credit card, signed the incidental paperwork and i then told her that I wanted the service fee in writing. Because i asked for it in writing, she said i could go somewhere else. Horrible service for someone in a wheelchair with service animals. They were both service dogs with papers. It took us 2 months to plan this vacation. To be discriminated against was horrible. I did provide a credit card and papers to show that they were service dogs. Very rude staff towards someone with a disability. If you are in a wheelchair with 2 service animals, looking for an ada room with a roll in shower. This place will discriminate against you. They can say what they want, paperwork was provided, credit card was handed to them. They still discriminated towards my wife. They were rude from the time i mentioned service animals and provided paperwork and a credit card. Very hostile towards the handicap with 2 service animals. We are basically premier members with Wydem Rewards, have stayed at a lot of La Quinta Hotels. Have stayed everytime with these 2 service animals. Not once have we been treated in this discriminatory way. Have always shown the paperwork on them, but never treated with this kind of rudeness. Corporate tried calling them a handful of times over 2 hours, they would not answer their call. Horrible,...
