I’ve rated this place before and gave it a good rating. However after revisiting a second time I found a hair in my crape. (First time) So I didn’t return nor type out a review because things happen it’s fine I had a bad experience. Today however I visited again, (3rd time) because I really didn’t want to hate this place and was so disgusted just by entering, the seats were sticky, and pillows were dirty. I wanted to sit somewhere and didn’t know where it was very unhygienic. The playing cards smelled like vomit the previous time (second time) me my friends visited a few months ago and as we waited to get our crapes my friends crapes were fine but mine was a small when I ordered a large when I took it and looked confused they gave me a it’s the same amount but smaller. I was them to remake it and they did and we left. I wasn’t rude just very disappointed and still didn’t leave a review. I was planning on meeting a friend today but as I sat and called (I had ordered by than) i told her not to come because I can’t sit here any much longer. I genuinely felt nauseous from what I saw. The employees didn’t have hair caps and had their hair out, they were eating and touching the crapes without gloves only one employee had gloves. And that was the one cutting up the fruits. The girl that works there has brown/orange hair. She was eating from a black bowl with chop sticks so outside food that could cause contamination, and her colleague just scooped him self a scoop of icecream without any gloves and started eating it. I was the only there until a older couple came in and they didn’t see since the big screens kind of covers them however from where I was sitting they saw me seeing them. And didn’t care. After words the girl took my crape and gave it to me without a smile or saying thank you or have a good day. I know it’s not mandatory but for a 6-10 dollar crape at least have some manors. These people clearly dont care about their image or their business. I waited until I wasn’t as emotional or upset to type this because I didn’t want to have a clouded mind. I really really hope they fire them and get a better, actually trained staff, because I am 9 out 10 percent sure if a person from the state came they would’ve closed it for the day. What really upset me, is she saw me and kept eating as if it’s normal just out on the counter. The crape was okay, maybe it was just me being disgusted with what I saw and how dirty the place thst made it worse? Your eyes eat before your mouth for sure. I worked in the food industry so I know we aren’t allowed to eat while working or at least not infront of paying customers😭. Moral of what I said is I wouldn’t recommend this place if you like it keep going, if you want to try it, try it at your own risk but me personally I will not give it a 4th or a 5th try it’s clear...
Read moreI love crepes and it is definitely worth a try, but not waiting for your order for up to an hour. Ordered at 7:16 and picked up at 8:22. The estimated time is not accurate through the text message, and it informs your order is ready when it reaches the estimated time given. I can see part of the wait time issue comes from the front desk. What I have seen is a lot of crepes sitting in the kitchen area, Then the front lady faces a long list of separated recipes, put on the stickers, and always needs the other kitchen staff to spare their time to help her match the orders. Very unorganized and looks like they spend more time on communications rather than finishing an order. Even so, they still make mistakes and give the wrong order to customers. I can imagine how stressful it is when a single person deals with a high volume of orders, especially when there were a lot of group orders. Personal opinion, The front needs two people so the other staff can focus on their job, or the kitchen staff put on stickers themselves so the front lady doesn’t need to match orders hard and always ask for help. This way would work more efficiently and reduce the...
Read moreNot sure why this is the first time I’ve seen T-Swirl Crepe, as I’m in that shopping center all the time, but I told my husband after seeing it, that we were most definitely going to the crepe place, after we went to Cabela’s. lol. I got the the small strawberry banana crepe to share, because the larger one looked huge. OMG, this was one of THE BEST things I’ve EVER tasted in my entire life!!! In hindsight, I could have eaten the larger one all by myself, because it was just that good!! We will most certainly be back very soon for lunch to try the savory crepes…and of course, dessert. This place is right by my dad‘s house and I have a feeling I’m going to be stopping by to pick something up for my dad and I pretty frequently. My mouth is watering just thinking about the crepe I had...
