My engagement ring, wedding ring, my mom's wedding ring and eternity band, all with diamonds were re-created perfectly the way I wanted them. There were many many diamonds to move and my rings are just perfect the way my mom had them, all channel set. The jeweler worked very hard to get my rings back to me in 24 hours since I'm from Tennessee and were in Wichita for only 3 days visiting Kim and her fiance Russ. Kim's daughter Monica worked very hard with me to fix what another jeweler in Tennessee messed up on. And they did it!!! Jewelry Savers created a beautiful custom engagement ring setting for my (now) wife based on some inspiration we found online and our own preferences. Who even knew they could build something like that in house?! They then set a loose diamond we had purchased in the setting and provided my wedding band. We worked closely with Monica throughout the process, who was very professional and personable and no question was ever stupid.
