If there was a option for 0 stars I would definitely give them that. I was highly disappointed with the business. My Apple Watch had a crack and I asked if they could replace. They told me they could and told me the cost. I paid and they told me they would call me when is ready. A week went by and no call so I figure it must be more work than I thought. Well a month rolls around then they tell me they can’t fix it. I told them I would pick it up and would like a refund. Well when I came to pick it up they told me they could fix it. I was confused since they told me they could not. They also offered me a watch to purchase for $160 which I refused. I have seen them for $169 brand new so I declined their offer twice. Well another month rolled around and they told me they couldn’t fix it. I asked them why they told me they could if they really couldn’t. He offered me to buy a watch they have for sale now offering is at $149. I declined and asked for my money back. Well he decided to tell me he does not know how to refund my transaction since I had 2. I wanted to explode and just stayed quiet for him to figure that out. When I got my watch back it was worse. My screen only had a crack which was not noticeable but it would not let the touch screen work. When he gave it back to me it looked like I had beat the screen. He gave me the screen separate and the watch which I told him parts of the inside can get damaged since they left it wide open. I had an iPhone XR for 3 years and had ZERO issues until one day I dropped it while charging and messed up the charging port. I called this place to get a quote and it was $10 lower than Batteries Plus so I figured it was a great deal! WRONG. I dropped my phone off to be fixed and once I took it home, I noticed that although it was charging normally, the speaker was no longer working. Sounds were only coming through the earpiece. I arranged to bring my phone back in and the man who fixed my phone said “it should have nothing to do with the charge port but he would look at it free of charge.” When he finally did look at it, he said “it looks worse.” How does someone pay you to fix their phone and you damage it even more and then say it has “nothing to do” with what you fixed??? Because how did my speaker work when I dropped my phone off and when YOU fixed my charger port it suddenly stops working? They are dishonest and don’t take pride in their work AT ALL. They may have slightly lower prices than other repair shops but I would avoid this place at all costs if you care...

Obbie was very nice, professional and punctual. I took the phone in late on a Tuesday evening, 10 minutes before he would close and he even offered to fix it on the spot if it was urgent. I told him no need, as it was for my daughter and we discovered that the back of the iPhone was also cracked. He told me he would have it the next day by noon; he called at 11:50am to advise it was ready. He then suggested a case, which is half the price of the local bestbuy and he helped look for colors to my daughter's preference.

Hopefully, I don't need his services again, but if I do, I will definitely return without hesitation. Professional, fair prices and genuinely a nice guy. Excellent experience all...
