Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I went here on Thursday (7/4/24). Right after I went there, the short asian older lady started saying very loudly and aggressively "What do you want?? You want veggie??" before I even told her what I wanted. We are muslim and we wear the hijab (cover our hair). Not sure if that's why she assumed we wanted vegetable right off the bat, but yelling like that to a customer was very rude. She seemed very annoyed that we were there. I told her I wanted a foot long italian with Tuna, but she kept acting very confused that we wanted Tuna. Then she whispered something to the tall young asian man and they both laughed about it and he took over and did the rest of the order. I don't know if she has bad history with muslims, but she seemed xenophobic. We are south asian. How are you an asian treating another asian like that?? The audacity to be xenophobic while being an east asian not living in your own country is crazy. Don't you have your own problems like stoping asian hate? lmfao so it makes no sense. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The woman the waited on me was rude and just threw everything on the sub, it looked a mess. This is not what I’m used to when going into any subway. I went into your location again today to try to give it a second try. The short Asian woman was working again. She is rude, and then when she makes your sub instead of placing the meat on there the way your supposed to she just throws it on there. I got an all American club with 7 pieces of ham, two half pieces of turkey and bacon that looked like leather, the lettuce was half brown. Bad, I was being charged for something I didn't order. I ordered the number 3 , 6 inch sub with drink and chips. I chose spinach wrap for bread because it was listed under bread options. Upon paying I was told the spinach wrap was not a option for what I ordered. How was I to know it was listed under bread. Then when I tried to explain that I was told I was arguing. I was told I had a footlong, I didn't order a footlong. If that bread (spinach wrap) was not a option I should have been told while ordering. I did get charged for what I ordered and was told I should have been happy about that. Which I told the lady, I can pay for what I want. No apologies were offered.
