Goodwill — Local services in Williamsburg

I'm reporting an incident that happened at the Williamsburg, KY Goodwill. One of the cashier became rude with me after an earring fell out of one of the bags I was looking through. I accidentally put the earring in the wrong bag. I was trying to put it in the proper bag that it actually belonged in. She raised her voice at me in front of everybody there, which embarrassed me and then she said Quote, "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" Then she told me not open the bags at all. This was after one of the other cashier that said it was ok to do so,because I was hesitant about looking in the bags in the first place. She could've been a lot nicer about it and explained the rules about the bags of jewelry in the case. Date of visit: 06/14/2024 Easily visible Plenty of parking Lots of clothes. Lots of shoes. Household items on shelves going down center aisle of store. Coats, jackets, purses were unmarked so not sure of prices. Childrens books crammed in corner. Some larger household items to your right upon entry. Bathroom was clean. Dressing rooms available. I did notice a few times when people were ready to check out they had to wait quite some time for the cashier to appear to help them. Overall, I was not impressed. 1st time delivering a load of clothes to this location. The staff was Poliet. Unloading took about 1hr. Warning to over the road truck drivers ⚠️ If you come in with a 53ft dryvan you will need to 1st get turned around to back in off the street. You will now be on your BLIND SIDE. If you dont have the skills i Strongly suggest that you avoid accepting a dispatch to this facility. I was also warned that if you pull up and sit to long on the grass your tires could start to sink.
