Taco Bell — Restaurant in Williamsburg

I love,love Taco Bell. Went there last night all the way from Mud Creek to Williamsburg just for taco bell The lady at the window was cool very sweet but whoever was making the food dropped the bell, as you can see my double chalupa is a less than 1/2 chalupa. The burrito is supposed to be a Grilled stuffed chicken and trust me that's not a Grilled Stuffed Chicken Burrito. I was disappointed to say the least...After driving around 20 miles(one way) at 11:30 last night to get yummy taco bell what you see below is what I got... But again the lady at the Drive-Thru was very sweet and kind and I still love Taco Bell! Maybe next time it will be better... This was the worst experience of any Taco Bell I've EVER been in. I stopped on 2-8-22 at about 1:40pm. The young man at the counter was extremely unhelpful and condescending. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said, "It won't matter." When she came, she was already on the defensive and did not want to listen to the complaint, stating that she had never had a complaint on him and that she was exhausted and that I was more than welcome to eat somewhere else. Sub-par attention to detail in preparing their food. My quesarito had one dollop of sour cream at the very bottom and that was it. I only tasted it in my last two bites. The new "stacker" (a quesadilla with beef that they fold in thirds) had all the beef in the center of the tortilla and they didn't even grill it long enough to melt the cheese that was all around the edges, making it hard to eat and horribly unbalanced. It's Taco Bell, guys; it's not that complicated. Please pay a modicum of attention to getting a good end result.
