Kaylee is the most rudest window attendant ever, I ask a question about what she charged for 2 grill chicken breast , I asked her did she charge me for a sandwich. I only wanted chicken. Ready for my dog. I asked to speak with manager she slammed the window and then handed me a plate with not plastic utensils or napkins. The manager came to the window and flat out took up for her saying they charge $4 for a chicken breast only, I told them you charged me for a sandwich. He said no, I said okay.. after noticing I didn’t have napkins or plastic cutlery I honked my horn and the attendant name Kaylee looked at me a started doing something else. I knocked on the window, and the Devincame back to the window. I asked him what’s was the young girl name . He told me he couldn’t give me her name. I told him I was going to speak to corporate about the girls behavior. I then asked him for his name he told me devin.. not sure if he was telling the truth but anyways. He politely gave me napkins and cutlery. The girl Kaylee needs more training on how to communicate effectively with customers and provide better customer service. Just rude.. straight up backwoods trailer park behavior.. over charge me and then lie straight to my face. We all make mistakes .. it’s ok.. but to lie and overcharge me...
Read moreWhile traveling back from North Carolina my wife and I were excited to see a Cookout in Williamsburg as we tried Cookout for the first time in Myrtle Beach the week before. And were delighted about the quality and taste of the burgers. Now, we’ve been on the road for a few hours and hoping to step out of the car a relax. Needless to say this is where my utter disappointment begins. First off it’s a walk up or drive through restaurant with no facilities to relieve yourself or wash up. This should be an absolute mandatory for any business such as this. Secondly, making a person stand out in the sun for 30 minutes while the food is being prepared is ridiculous. And lastly the order was incorrect. Next time I will stop at the Pilot Truck Stop and buy the two hotdogs for $3.50 and soda and use the restroom provided by a company who seems to care for...
Read moreIt was not what I expected at all. We came in from out of town to go the the Kentucky Splash Park and came upon seeing a long line at this restaurant. So when we left the park and went through the drive through expecting a great tasty meal. A guy came to the car with a long menu sheet and I was excited. We both ordered a burger he had the one with Bbq sauce and I had the one with A1. I then seen they had Floats. Horrible mistake! The girl pour the whole entire orange syrup and then ice cream instead of soda wth!!! So I went back talk to a nice manager that did try. Instead I got plain ice cream in a cup... where's the orange pop to make the orange cream soda. I have no clue. Get back and we tried the burgers. Not as good as we thought. Save your money and go to...
