Burger King — Restaurant in Williamsburg

Fast food has gone cold hearted but when I went to burger king not only was I greeted with a smile but she asked if I wanted ketchup with my fries. I about cried cause no fast food places do this and by the time I get back to work it’s to late to get ketchup. The food was great and I had ketchup with my fries. The restaurant is not very clean, especially the bathrooms. They charge for water, and when the egg platter came out with only eggs and a biscuit for 4.29 (40 cents less than the ultimate platter with pancakes, eggs, biscuit, sausage, and hash browns) the manager tells me, that's what you ordered. I pointed out that on line it shows bacon, eggs, croissant, and hash browns, I was told by the manager I had requested no.meat which I did not do. I hate their drive thru. There was a previous occasion when I waiting 23minutes for my food and all I ordered was a 10 piece nugget. It takes 3.5minutes to drop nuggets. My husband worked there while in school. I dont mind going inside. It seems clean but a little outdated. They always have really good meal deals.
