Read moreTERRIBLY RUN OFFICE! I went in for a new patient cleaning. I gave them one star only because the receptionist was a lovely woman. They brought me to a room and a young woman sat me and never introduced herself nor told me what she was going to do; she just started polishing my teeth. Yep, before I even had anything else done. She fumbled with everything so I can only presume she was new. She then told me “she’ll be in to see you in a couple minutes” and left. After 10-12 minutes I called to another staff member as she walked by and told her I was 30 Minutes into my appt and could she check on my hygenist. About 5 minutes later a woman came in and said she was Dr. Harrison. She sat down and started flossing my teeth. WTAF???? I told her the young woman hadn’t cleaned them yet and she said “I know, we will get to that!”. She then examined my teeth and proceeded to try to get me to get a crown, do a gum graft from the roof of my mouth to one ‘spot that seems to be receded more that others’, get fitted for a mouth guard (have not ground my teeth in 40 years, but ok!) and kept poking me asking if I felt any pain which I did not. I explained that I have had dental appts for 50 years every 4-6 months and not one of these issues am I or my previous (amazing!) dentist aware of, and that I came in for a routine cleaning. She then cleaned my teeth for ten minutes and did a terrible job while telling me that she would discourage anyone from becoming a dentist and to be a hygienist and be able to sit and talk to people. So unprofessional and disorganized and did an awful job. I immediately booked another dentist recommended to me. AVOID THIS OFFICE...
