Make no mistake, those five stars are for the team members, and the team members alone. They made my visit to this location absolutely wonderful, and I'm grateful for their polite and friendly conduct. Of course, it being the holiday season and all, it's understandable that things would be a bit hectic; that's fine, I don't fault anyone at all for that, as the team members were doing above and beyond what most in their situation would. Their hard work is one reason why I decided to write this review, and the other is something I happened to overhear between a manager and some team members. Now, I understand that the holiday season is extremely stressful for those who work in retail. However, that doesn't excuse the language that this manager was using when addressing their team members. They called them lazy, berated them for not keeping up with demand, and were otherwise unrealistic about what they expected out of their employees when said employees were doing the best they could, given the circumstances. In all honesty, this experience soured my shopping experience to the point that I'm not likely to visit any Target in the near future.
To those team members that are still working there, I have this to say; thank you for the hard work that you put into your job. You make the holiday season that much easier on everyone, even if some aren't nearly as grateful as they should be. And to the managers that treat their employees in this manner, I ask that you take a moment to step back, and reevaluate your approach. Like it or not, these are people that you're speaking to, not machines, and they need to be treated to the same respect and courtesy that you yourself would want to be treated to.

Read moreThe inventory was low and i get it's near holidays and they're trying to restock but it's happening middle of day and the employees are setting their carts in front of you while you're walking (not like setting it and then walking away but deliberately putting it while you're coming towards them), one stood about two feet from me holding a box and actually huffed instead of saying excuse me while i was reading a label so I'd move so they could put it down (I was there first and didn't see them walk up), and the self check out lady got upset at me because she didn't understand that i grabbed four items on accident, needed one removed, and told her which one it was because i had a bottle that wasn't a part of the sale she had reached to touch to take off. I'm sick with a chronic illness and had already had a pain trying to get what i needed so i had laid my head down in my hands and i was leaning on the cart because i felt like i was going to pass out from trying to converse with this woman who was supposed to know what she was doing. Then she proceeded to go like five feet behind me and start talking to her coworkers on some, "I don't know why she feels the need to get an attitude with me when I'm only trying to help," and another one replied,"Yeah, people like her," and some other stuff I toned out because of how badly I wanted to turn around and show her what an attitude was. I think maybe the employees could benefit from some more frequent training or a pay raise or something, but for being right by the holidays, this was not what i had expected...
Read moreJust did a drive up and a bleach cleaner was leaking all in the back of my trunk. picked up bags to take inside and the bleach ruined my entire outfit and my husband's shirt. Tried calling store for over thirty minutes and no department answers.

The review above was one of the first problems at this store.
Since then.. a few weeks ago I placed a pickup order and hours later never got a notification it was ready. Target policy is 2 hours or less. Tried calling multiple times. No answer. Had to cancel order.
Today I did a pick up order and had a window of time to pick it up and went to hit “on my way” and they disabled pickup due to “unsafe conditions” it’s not even raining. It has sprinkled earlier but zero wind or thunder. Why is it disabled?!
I had another instance where the person at customer service acted like she didn’t want to return something I ordered online because it wasn't working on their end. Like it was my problem.
There is a clear management issue at this location. I’ve seen who I believe to be her in action and she is nasty to customers. Why is target not checking in on their stores?! There are numerous complaints about customer service at this location. I try to avoid it and go to the other one in town but this one is more convenient.
Avoid and keep complaining to target until they do something! I’ve lived all over the country and shop mostly target for everything and this is hands down the worst...
