Last night, I had one of the worst experiences in customer service of my life. My friend and I still could not believe how absolutely frustrating that situation was and how upset we were over some “cookies”. I have never come to Crumbl and had such a terrible experience. While, I will not be going into detail as to what happened, I do wish to say we returned this morning to lodge a more formal complaint about the issue.
We spoke with a manager named Mikayla (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) and I have decided that I want this review to be more about how she handled the situation.
To be frank, she listened to all of our complaints about the problem. From the severe rudeness to all of the individual issues we had with it. She was kind and legitimately cared about the issue despite it being 8:30 am and clearly not on her shift. She allowed myself and my friend to fully speak about the whole problem and addressed all of our concerns. I have to say that’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had with management hearing and handling an issue. I just wanted to come here and talk about how great Mikayla was and how satisfied we are with the way she handled it.
A lot of times, customers are not always correct but this all was truly not my fault. A simple legitimate apology would have solved this whole mess.
And to be clear, an “I’m sorry you feel that way,” isn’t an apology. Mikayla deserves a raise because at this point she is the only reason I’ll be giving this Crumbl another chance. So thank you so much to Mikayla for providing outstanding customer service. You...
Read moreSo to begin with I have never been to a crumbl cookie before. So I walked in 3 people working one right at the counter cracking eggs in a bowl. No one said hello do you have any questions kiosk is there to order nothing! I saw the kiosk and placed my order. So up pops tip percentage.. so I place my own order No one greets me and you put a cookie in a box and call my name and expect a tip? Now the chocolate cookie was hard around the edges like it had sat out in the air, the banana flavored cookie with Carmel was not good either, the little lemon cake was very tasty. The little cake in the pan was soggy with milk standing in the pan. Threw that away. So for $20 I ate the little lemon cake.. what I learned is don’t believe what you read because this is definitely not worth the hype. Overpriced and not top quality. Kroger or Publix is way better and more...
Read moreI've been hearing so much about this place that I figure I give them a go💕. The online ordering process was quick and easy, and pick-up was perfect for getting in and out, !! Now, let's get into these vast cookies. So they have different flavors every week. This week's flavors were of interest: Honeybun, pumpkin brownie, strawberry cheesecake, and carrot cake. I was anticipating adorable cookies. The cookies have a dough-like taste, so they were not sweet—a good balance. The icing was equally balanced and not sweet. You have to keep them in the refrigerator. Otherwise, the icing gets too soft. The cookie was better at room temp. From mild again, it was a kind taste, but the icing was an excellent balance so that it was not extremely sweet. I question their price, but I can say that they are worth the price. My $4, I...
