I wanted to place a large catering order online but was having trouble with the website because certain glitches prevented me from adding certain products. I also wanted to change some specifics of my order due to the challenges that COVID-19 has placed on society. For example - I wanted to receive only individual sauce packages instead of the sauce tubs to avoid multiple people from sharing contact with one sauce tub. Because of this I decided to call this location and place the order over the phone. When I explained the situation over the phone I was immediately met with hostility. I was told that I must use the website so that they can charge my credit card. I offered to provide my card information over the phone but was aggressively told no. Ultimately I would probably be making contact with an employee when I picked up my order anyway so exchanging a credit card between hands does not seem to be a credible threat. Especially if the chick til a staff was wearing the proper hygiene equipment. Also a credit card can be quickly cleaned with a Lysol wipe.
Ultimately I have had wonderful experiences with chick fil a staff but this was a terrible one. In a time when food orders in general are at an all time low I thought a large catering order for 30 people would be welcomed and treated with professionalism. I guess I assumed wrong and I will be taking my...
Read moreUpdated 5/21: I placed an order using my mobile app. I had two rewards one of which was the Chick-fil-A sandwich, I added bacon, lettuce, and tomato, which I am typically charged for however, I was not only charged for the entire sandwich, along with the items that were added I was charged for a bun, which I’ve never been charged for before and I received the Bon in a sealed plastic bag. The fillet was in a separate container, and I did not receive the bacon lettuce or tomato?? Since when is a Chick-fil-A sandwich not serve together? I tried to call the phone number on the receipt and the one that’s listed here and there’s a recording that says no one is available to take the call and it simply hangs up. There’s no way to contact anyone online through the app or through the website? I am extremely disappointed in this experience!
If you haven’t downloaded the app, what are you waiting for? Now I get it. Every fast food place has an app why this one. While it is convenient to order ahead of time, and make special request. I’m not gonna lie, for me, it’s the free stuff! This morning as I went out to pick up my target order, I had a chicken biscuit in my rewards, and in addition to my usual large, half sweet, half unsweet, iced tea, I decided to add their new watermelon, mint, frozen lemonade…… All I can say is oh Em...
Read moreThis is my favorite Chick-fil-a of all time! And as someone who grew up on Chick, this is saying a lot. I eat here way more than I should, and the breakfasts are especially addicting. I'm one of those annoying type A perfectionists who highly customizes my drive through order. This Chick totally delivers, and when there is even a small mistake, they go above and beyond. In fact, this morning the fantastic manager, Zack, totally made my day. A few weeks ago I called and spoke with him because my minis weren't exactly as I ordered them. He was great and offered me a complimentary new mini meal the next time I came in, which I happily redeemed the following day. Then this morning he took my order in the drive through and when I pulled up to pay, I realized he had comped my meal! How kind is that?!?
The best part was that my meal was Chick perfection... the yeast rolls were extra soft and fresh with the perfect amount of warm honey butter drizzled on top, with perfectly crispy chicken nuggets tucked inside. The hash browns were still hot and crispy, even though I didn't open them up until I had eaten all of the minis. Let's face it, all Chicks are great, but the exceptional service and attention to detail knocks this one out of the park. The only negative is that it's so good that I'm going to have to up my...
