I went into this particular store late last week and bought 2 items. One item faded and the other item didn't. So I checked the store policy online and the female who sold the items first told me that's not this store policy. I said we'll does all the stores falls under the same name and owner. She said yes. I say how can the same stores under the same name and owner have different store policies. She had no answer. I say since u won't do a refund then I want an exchange for same price. Female says she didn't sell me the item. I said u a damn lie if u didn't. .we go back and 4th and she tried to call the owner but he didn't answer. After I told her call him since she wouldn't give me refund. Finally, she exchange 1 item for a different one. Owner calls my phone yelling cursing saying don't shop in his store again like that supposed to make me feel bad. He says y would u think an item thts not real gold cost 30-35 $ wouldn't fade? I didn't buy it cuz I thought it was gold. I bought it cuz it looked good. Never shop in this store. What owner calls a customer threatening them cuz the customer went by your store policy and received an exchange. He was so unprofessional...
