Disrespectful, rude, and argumentative employee. - 0 stars I’ve been coming here for years and I have never had a problem or ever felt any animosity from an employee. This person was yelling at me, told me she was being rude to me because she had to (but didn’t) say no to another customer (white), continued to approach/ address me even after I had stepped away while talking to the manager. The employee felt entitled to stand there behind the counter talking to my friend (another black person) about how: I was in the wrong, how her feelings are hurt, how I was telling lies (while she changed her story multiple times), and how she just couldn’t hurt the other customers feelings - so she made an exception for her and blamed us for it. This all because we were in the dressing room area 2 minutes after it closed. Only one of us were trying on clothes I stayed with the cart, and the employee had previously came in but never informed me that the dressing rooms closed at soon. She had so many opportunities to apologize, walk away, De-escalate the situation but she never took or felt the need to take any of them. I’m so disappointed and I really hope that this is address within the team.

I havw been to literally 100s of Goodwill from here(now) all the way down south and THIS ONE takes the cake on the WORST one ever. The pricing is ridiculous. Their selection is also, very horrible.. They have name brand items priced so high...why?? All items are donated...and USED. It was such a disappointment. I have praised "Goodwill," to my friends for so long and where we live...we dont have one. So, visiting this area....i was so excited for them to shop here... Nops...major fail. Also. They have new items, as well...but like stuff you can find at a Big Lots...kinda....or a low end off brand dollar store. Which...they have more of those items than used... I feel like they are using having a Goodwill for other purpose...and NOT to sell used items.. So...all in all... This was a huge let down. I will say... It was a very clean place and the one person, was nice and helpful.. But really....IT IS ALL USED DONATAED CLOTHING.. Why are they upselling items?? Ha

Big store and good assortment. Very busy with shoppers as well as donations. Many young people shopping for clothing. They have specials on certain days of the week, with discounts for seniors and the military. People at the registers were very friendly. I do recommend this store. And they hiring!

I have frequented the goodwill for many years and have had for the most part OK service and costumer relation,But as like in most businesses there is always that one or two that act like they are the boss of everything and swell their heads with the "I am the manager attitude" With that being said they treat you with the disrespect that is undeserving to you as a paying customer.I spent a good chunk of money on a grandfather clock and asked for some cardboard boxes or plastic bags or something to cover the clock from the pouring rain so the clock wouldn't get ruined during the transport on the roof of the car.The worker in the back gave me such attitude and refused me any plastic bags or cardboard saying they cant give that to me,So I offered to pay for it and reminded her that i just brought in two boxes with plastic bags full of donation items and for that matter then give me my bags and boxes back so i could cover the clock,The conversation became ridiculously out of hand to where i asked for someone higher to speak with or i just plain out was not taking the clock out in the rain because it would ruin it and i would have to return it and so on.Anyways there are times when there should be a place to put people with this kind of attitude to the general public on a write up or something One major issue I have with the plastic partitions that you have to go through to get in the back room is by doing so it is in my opinion a very very unsanitary thing to have hundreds of people rubbing up against and touching with all parts of themselves to get in the back,I have watch folks with sores and bandages and sweat and fluids go through those partitions and it is absolutely gross,i never see anyone clean them but its a disease strip just waiting to spread to the unknowing.its like a fly strip for human...

Unlike the store on Shelburne Rd, this store is ridiculously overpriced and the staff is rude. When they are not being rude they force all customers to listen to their loud and obnoxious banter between themselves. The shelves are a complete mess complete with chipped items that are a hazard. As a frequent shopper I've noticed dozens of times that any "good" item that is donated is being handed off by the employees to their friends before hitting the sales floor so your chances of getting anything that's not complete junk is minimal. Not surprising considering who former employees say the good items really go home with. The angry little man who prices items acts like a pissy dictator who reigns supreme over the mound of junk in this place. He saves things for his favorite pickers who pretend to like him just to profit. I've also noticed on many occasions where customers return items because they don't work and the item is immediately placed BACK on the shelf. Their new return policy/scam is that if you want to return something the amount goes on a gift card instead of cash back so you can in turn by more junk that doesn't work. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are dozens of community thrift shops where all the money stays local and the volunteers act normal. It deserves less...
