The Grand Opera house should give everyone back their money from the Yolonda Adams concert held there on Saturday November 20th, 2021!! I have seen this artist perform so many times at other limited-diverse environments and Yolonda Adams waits until she comes to a concert with majority African American paying concert-goers to talk about her family, from her husband, to her business to HER DAUGHTER having CRAMPS and how she had to pray with her about it!!!!

She would have NEVER done this in any other audience setting… She talked for long periods of time and started the show about 8:10 pm, sung about 4 SONGS!!!! And ended the show at 9:00 pm WHERE SHE TALKED ABOUT HER FAMILIES PERSONAL BUSINESS THE ENTIRE TIME!!! Out of the 50 minutes, she sung for about 16 minutes and talked the rest of the entire time!!! SHE HAD NO MUSICAL BAND AND ONLY HAD HER NEPHEW PLAYING THE KEYBOARD!! NO OTHER VENUE WOULD HAVE ACCEPTED THIS FROM A SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL-AWARD WINNING ARTIST…THIS WAS AN...

So there's a big sign that says no video taping or taking pictures, but yet there are people in the audience taking pictures and video taping. One man went right up to the stage and took a picture and the performer even commented that she would take a picture with him but yet the ushers did nothing. So While others are adhering to the rules there are others that are breaking them as always in life but I guess it's allowed at the opera house now. And the ushers don't do their job there's people standing and I know the aisle 3 hunter Edition people can't even get through. And guy stands up for the performance of Jumping All Around into the aisle in front of the seat and it's inconsiderate to the people sitting behind him. . The seats are very cramped I don't think we'll...

It is a very nice hall with the great acoustic and very helpful stuff. But all positive impression is destroyed, when you try to fit yourself into the chair. Could be just my luck and the the rest of the seats are very comdfortable. There is no, I mean NO, legroom at all. I'm 5'8" and simply can't imagine anyone with my height or even higher, sitting in this chair and enjoying the show, when you are squeezed into wooden box and allowed to keep only part of your body while can't  fit the the rest at the same time and find any reasonable position for your legs for the rest of the show time. Reading other reviews, I see , that legroom space is a known problem and it's not the first complain. Does administration care about? Absolutely not. Thank you for completely...

Really nice old style opera house style theater with good views , from what I could see, for most seating. The sound for Melissa Etheridge was excellent, as it was clear and loud enough, better than some theaters where you still hear people talking and yelling. One negative that I noticed was that the staff were quite rude, sometimes downright nasty and a bit anal to a good percentage of patrons. The way they talked to people and the way they stood in your view of the stage was really disappointing. Maybe they just have a problem with the LGBT community, which in my eyes is unacceptable. Everyone was there to have a great time and no one should be talked to like that. Sorry about the poor quality photos, my phone is old and slow, unlike me. 🤣🤣🤣

Attended the Fearless: The Taylor Swift Experience. The show was great! I’ve lived here 25+ years and this was the first time attending an event here. The employees were super nice, especially the ladies working the bar. The ushers were polite and made sure everyone found their seats. They even took pictures for folks which I thought was super nice as well. There are a number of parking lots in the area so that wasn’t an issue. We parked near the DoubleTree and it only cost us $4. There’s ample food nearby and all within walking distance. We’ll be back!

Worst place ever to see a concert!!! We were told to sit down at the seats that we paid for! If u don't want anybody in front of u dancing, then stay home and watch the concert on TV. Unless it's a rule at the opera house, then the ushers shouldn't be able to tell u to sit down. My hb and I go to many concerts, and we have never been told to sit down by a usher!!! I felt like we were at a nursing home event! Don't bother coming here bc it's a waste of time and money! They should refund our 3 seats for the George Thorogood concert!
